Actually taugenichts, if you are balding and ugly, you can focus on making money and women will flock. Danny Devito isn't exactly a model and I'm sure he bangs models, because he's rich and a celebrity. It sucks, but if you focus on money, women will come, because not only are they shallow, they are materialistic as well.

Danny De Vito doesnt bang models! I read somewhere he had to pay hookers for sex coz no one would have sex with him despite his money and fame.

Would you shag an ugly chick just because she was rich?
Only Taug thinks he's ugly, hes at the very least average looking.
If he had a normal level of confidence/self belief and a healthy mental attitude he could easily get a pretty hot girlfreind but he's stuck in a self imposed state of anxiety and self loathing.

Getting a body like paul walkers isnt very hard lol...He's definetly nothing special as long as you arent like over 50 years old or over 300 pounds it should be fairly f****ing easy. He's pretty skinny.

he is alright, I would't say its skinny, but no bulky enough for my standard.

Weight training is all about consistency, I think most of the trainers will agree with me, its not how hardcore you train, its how you keep a balance of trainging, dieting and resting.

I am training hard to get a little bit bigger, hopefully I will look great next summer, I am gonna hit the beach, get a tan, and buzz my head. I am getting tired of this endless hassle. I know it will reveal my deep receeded temples, but with a good body, girls tend to overlook it.

Demon we share a very similar philosophy. Its amazing how much confidence an awesome lean ripped body can give you, almost to the point where hair doesnt actually matter! In fact shaved heads can look better. I don't actually like Paul Walkers physique that much, its to blocky and not enough fine detail. He needs to up his reps a little and do some isolation workouts do get those striations to come out. Someone who is skinnier but more ripped will always be noticed over the guy that has huge muscles but no defintion. Girls don't actually like the steriod look, they prefer the lean athletic ripped look.

I agree, girls the lean athetic look. To me weight training is more than just weight training. I can honestly say that weight training has helped me get my attention from hair loss. I am a confident person even I do suffer from hairloss. I work hard, I have awesome career, I work out 3-4 days a week with 20 mins of abs at the end of each session. It just feels SO great after a great work out. I am sure you can relate to that.

Yeah, most guys dont tailor their workouts around what they think will impress women the most. Or at least they shouldnt.

I am a financial analyst @ a pharmaceutical company, its why I get to spend so much time here.

Working at a gym will get you big, you learn all the right techniques from the professionals and it will max out your work out effiency.

isolations dont "make striations come out" being rip is just a function of your body fat...reps dont matter....higher reps = more cut is one of the BIGGEST myths in lifiting. if you want to be ripped its all about what you eat and cardio.

Maxing out on weights does not make you more cut. Low weights high reps combined with good diet will help. Genetic is also a big factor. My buddy is European, we have been trained together for a long time, we bench about the same, but he looks a lot bigger, more ripped and trust me he doesnt know what dieting is. lol

REP scheme doesnt matter....it has to do with body fat...which has to do with diet and metabolism...i dont have a great diet but always had abs b/c i just had a high metablism.

if you think you can take a person who is overweight and just have him do high reps....youre gonna tell me he is gonna get cut?

I never said maxing out makes you cut??? why are you bringing that in? maxing out is even worse...it taxes your CNS badly.

he can be overweighed, if he trains hard like I do, he will have abs.

I was a fattie at one point...I was 60lbs overweighed. :)

You have called it "f*****g easy" to get a body like that guy. To me it isn´t, it is very hard for me to gain even small improvements. Then it is very frustrating when someone comes by and ridicules your success. Though it is ok, at least you are honest. I ain´t angry or something! I am just human trash.

Is there an end to your self pity? I would end my days if I'd think like you, it just wouldn't be worth it. No one is perfect, can't you f*****g get that?

What is your workout routine and diet? Looking at your pics you don't seem like the sort of guy who would find it hard. ie. not dead skinny or overweight.

Yeah I am, is it a problem to you? I thought I could make an occasional post every now and then but someone has to point out that "weren't you leaving the board" every frigging time, so I'm out for good then. Have a good one.
