Thank you dude!An endocrinologist or a trichologist Id say
I hope you seek out reputable docs in your location if possible (health > costs). Please do be transparent about your use of experimental compounds. Good luck!Thank you dude!
Ive stayed pretty consistent. I literally added BioEstro 1 pump a day to my hairline. But-- its frightening. I never thought id touch sh*t like that. I look at people using spironolactone-- and I think "I'll never touch that sh*t", but who knows. Desperation makes you do crazy things.I hope you seek out reputable docs in your location if possible (health > costs). Please do be transparent about your use of experimental compounds. Good luck!
Edit:
Correct me if im wrong but I see you adding to and changing your regimen quite often. The increasing shed could be attributed to your body's need to continually adjust.

dutasteride 7 months (was previously on finasteride for about 4 years). Min for about 5 years (I just switched to 8% min+ topical finasteride combo about 6 months ago). Everything else has been the same for about 1 year or so now. Added bio estro cream 2 days ago.How long have you been treating with that regimen? It’s hard to believe you’re losing ground still.
Hmm what kind of hair loss are you experiencing? That seems like it should stop everythingdutasteride 7 months (was previously on finasteride for about 4 years). Massive amounts of shedding. Diffuse thinning. And some recession at the front.Hmm what kind of hair loss are you experiencing? That seems like it should stop everything
Hmm, look into inflammation causing your hair loss.Massive amounts of shedding. Diffuse thinning. And some recession at the front.
how can I assess this? From what I can tell-- no redness. Minimal itching (only occasional crown itching). No flaking eitherHmm, look into inflammation causing your hair loss.
Consider consulting a Naturopath.Who would I go to? Derm?
Do I Just look one up online?Consider consulting a Naturopath.
They are better at optimizing thyroid hormones than conventional drs and can suggest the best blood tests to investigate scalp inflammation.
Most ND's will do a 15 min free consult by phone so you can get a feel if they would be a person you'd want to work with and what their experience/success in treating hair loss has been.
Try searching for something like "your city" + "naturopath" + "hair loss".Do I Just look one up online?
great! Thank you!Try searching for something like "your city" + "naturopath" + "hair loss".
Most ND's are able to do appointments over your choice of telephone or zoom.
I would ask on reddit askmtfhrt. Those folks have lots of knowledge about testing levels and faux results but your follicles might just be more at risk genetically.Who would I go to? Derm?
