I have a 1.5mm needle but I don’t push it in. I’ve only been doing it once or twice a week. Btw, I have done derma stamping as deep as 2.5mm once a week. Did not provide any results but I didn’t get scarred either. I think somebodyalexs method is good enough. A little blood is probably okay but it shouldn’t be all over, a few spots here and there probably won’t hurt. But if you are rolling every day like he has then you want to avoid it.

You can "drink" a couple drops of topical. But yes there are pills too.

My hair looks wispy like that too, I'm pretty sure it is either caused by miniaturization or damaged hair.
