I don't have health insurance, so ordering something like Avodart would prove cheaper. Its authenticity is arguable, however.

i think all indian drugs are $#iT

i wouldn't trust anything to do with 3rd world health care or pharmacueticals full stop.

let's be clear now buddy, there are plenty of users on here using generic indian finasteride from their US pharmacies. they go to their local supermarket or whatever's pharmacy and get it. it is 100% genuine. your issue is with the online pharmacies that supply generic drugs.

What's the verdict on Dr. Reddy's vs. Cipila vs. GSK from those sources. Are they all legit? I have tried it all, and I have noticed hormonal changes when making the switch. Most recently I switched I've noticed a difference (negatively) .

So do you think that Indian generics are often fakes? Do you perceive one online pharmacy to be more reliable than another?

Actually, no. I've been using Dutasteride for about three years now. In that time I've tried Dutagen, Dutas and "real" Avodart. After an increase in noticeable thinning after year two, I tried ordering Avodart thinking it was "better." After nine months usage seemed to make things worse. I most recently switched back to Dutas and noticed a considerable chance in my hormones after making the switch - acne, testosterone, etc.

Just curious if anyone has exposed fake drugs on the market?

i wish pharma companies could make test kits available for the end user

but then we'd probably need test kits to make sure the test kits were real
