If in one years time you found your body no longer responded to treatments and over the course of that year you suddenly lost all your hair to top - what would you do?

Lest try and have serious discussion on what to do if you do lose your hair because treatments fail.

I'll post examples just in case people don't know what the options mean.

Slick Bald:

Stubble Bald:

Since transplant isn't an option here I'd have to say the skullet with a sick tan and be shredded as f***.

all those choices seem so good, how to decide.

why is FUE not on there?
The whole point is the question: if you were a nw6 and treatments failed.

Its for people who didn't respond to treatments and the their FUE failed (low yield)

What would you do if you were a guy?

Or which would you rather date?

Slick bald
Stubble
Wig (as long as it looks real, and you can handle people talking about it)

Avoid ''The Larry David'' and ''The Scullet'' at all costs. I would never date anyone with that look.

I would say try medications and hair transplant first, maybe even supplement with SMP. However, since your question was what we'd do if we were already slick bald and nothing worked, the above is my answer. SMP on a slick bald scalp looks ridiculous, but as a supplement to existing hair it can look good.

Bottom line, clean shaven or stubble is the best, but I'd also date a man with a wig - don't know how ''normal'' women would feel about this, though.

If you can't handle any of the above, death is the last resort, although I'm not encouraging anyone to go that route in any way.

First i would go for a FUE, if not possible stubble would be my choice. Death is never an answer.

Yeah the Larry David is how they made Mathew McConaughey look ugly in Gold (plus a 30lb weight gain).

Which one looks best in these examples:

I sometimes think keeping a bit of hair looks okay, even if you have a very thin little strip like woody harleson.

Skullet of course! I mean Shakespeare wore it and he wrote all the greatest plays. So did Ben Franklin and he was one of the greatest statesmen of all time and now he is on the 100 dollar bill, the same money that plenty of fullheads and women are dying to get their hands on! Let's not forget Devin Townsend as well.

I'd go stubble+ if none on top. But I still have some on the front and go feathered on the sides with a bit of a comb-back on my longer top. It suits the "business man" look. But I'm an older guy so my chick magnet years are long gone anyway.

I'm surprised nobody said they would go with SMP yet.

Stubbles winning out of the non joke options

I would buzz it down (zero guard).

I guess that's somewhat similar to the stubble, though not the same.

Therefore, I chose Stubble.
