Ok i understand what u think but i cant hiding my sideburn hairs. I read some articles about retrograde alopecia. its very agressively balding.

Retrograde affects every part of my hair. there are lots of thin patches. Look at that sh*t bro.

I'm under hard stress for 2 years because my temple receding. can stress cause losing hair from sides? And i smoking much.
Nobody knows exactly how much and in what ways does stress accentuates or even causes hairloss. It's well known that it does, especially for the patched type of hairloss but nobody knows why or how it works exactly. Smoking is bad for your overall health and it's clear and studied that it has an impact on hair loss also, at least for those who are susceptible to it, but here also, there are a lot of unknown factors.
Recently they found out that stress is involved in the greying of the hair and it's being more and more studied but we need more tests and info about it to understand exactly how it works. From what the recent science says it's an irreversible process because of the depletion of stem-cells in the hair follicle. It's true that the studies were conducted on mice and we don't know exactly if it works the same in humans but at least we can make an idea and maybe start testing humans also to see exactly how it works...

I know this does not shed a light in your hair loss or if stress did cause it or not but you need to understand that there are a lot of unknown factors that could cause or contribute to any type or hairloss. Try to eliminate those factors one by one starting with the smoking and after with the stress even if it's not easy to determine the stress factors and how you could handle them. Keep in mind that you could have days and even weeks of feeling normal and maybe you will think that you eliminated the stress but in reality you only masked it, it's a very complex thing that we know almost nothing about and how it truly impacts us in a lot of aspects, including hairloss.
Maybe try to yoga, meditation, quit smoking, maybe even see a therapist if you feel that you need somebody to talk to and maybe give you some guidance but try to take action because if you keep it this way it could only go worse and i bet that the already done damage will be way harder to reverse than to prevent it in the first place... And keep in mind that years of damage won't be reversed in days and not even months, it takes years or practice, healthy living style and a total change in your mindset and behavior, daily activities and so on...
It's the way we and our bodies react to things and stress is one of them and even if i think it's somehow programmed in us, i'm sure that we can control and change it somehow, but we need to do much more changes than the average person does or believes he needs to do...
Go see a doctors also, a trichologist or at least a good derm that could give you a proper analysis and diagnosis, nobody can help you here unfortunately and on the contrary they could make you take some unnecessary or wrong decisions...

Dupa/Retrograde Alopecia hits hard, very hard..
i fight everywhere. Temples receding. there is thinning along the hairline. (I cut some hair for symmetry and they grow again)
I will fix hairline with hair transplant next september. But my donor area won't allow it because of retrograde will hit my donor.
