He said he would fix the my hairline with 2000 grafts. But he said there was nothing to do for the sideburns.

What is the name of that clinic? Because then you can let the world know that this particular clinic is not an ethical one.

Retrograde isn't too big of a deal. Its just hair loss on the back and sides. My nape has crept up a bit and my sides are thinner but use the proper treatments and you'll be fine. Its just a more annoying addition to regular male pattern baldness. I put minoxidil in those areas.

I absolutely recommend going for multiple opinions. I have a tinkle that this may just be your natural hair texture, I've seen it in a lot of dark hair dudes (thin sides), it honestly seems pretty common.
As for the 'receding hairline', do you want to have your eyebrows and hairline connected?
If you feel so desperate, please look at younger pictures of yourself and assess the situation or post them here. Compare those sides and I guarantee you that you will see the same patchy pattern on the sides.

Hair transplant is useless because your hair loss is not stabilized. You need to be on fina or duta if you want to keep your hair

If you don't want to risk the sides effects of these drugs, just buy a hair system when your hair loss will be greater and move on

I cant enjoy because i cant any style with thinning hair.
