I dont need toppik at all but do you think you could get a full transplant for a norwood 6 and combine that with toppik and get a good result?
Transplant not an option, have keloid issues.

Is Winlevi an option at least at the hairline? I have an Rx for face.

if i was the ceo of cassiopea i would stop operation immediately. they are the italian replicel, this product is a failure before it launched, not free of side effects, barely if any results after 12 years, will cost 1k per year, you have to apply twice a day probably high amounts if you have high Norwood increasing chance of sides
this once was a very promising drug that was called a finasteride replacer but in the end nobody gets any results, it cannot deliver and they will not make any money off of it. i think its likely rhsy will not even try to get this to market anymore and abort phase 3 e. g. would serve their finances betted in the end

I still have 4g left. I don't see any drastic improvements. Reducing minoxidil to once a day has made my hair smoother/better.
I'm guessing you've been on liquid topical minoxidil?
Been on Kirkland Foam for more than a year.
Ah okay. I don't think any of the foams from any brands contain PG? But I heard Kirkland's is very greasy in general.

what is your explanation for CB not working? will it reflect o kintor topical AA ?

i feel so bad for cassiopea. seriously. they were so excited and so was everyone waiting for it for literal decades. now they have an ineffective expensive drug that you have to apply twice a day worse in every aspect than anything on the market. praised as the anti androgen that would reshape the landscape, even respected dermatologists szggesting this is a break through. i find it honestly depressing not just for me but everyone involved with the company as well
CB was so good on paper. it was so good in the first trial at 6 months. i dont understand what was happening after that, clearly it is a potent AA, it got to the follicles. im afraid this can be bad news for other topical agents going the androgen route

However, it does seem to work against acne via antiandrogens.
CB works for me, obliterates my itch and shedding on 5% twice daily. I only tried it for 2 weeks though until I ran out. I also started getting sides towards the end: insomnia, lethargy, generally feeling tired as hell. Looked like what you'd get from a HPA axis dysfunction as a result of higher cortisol levels.
I wanna try it again on a lower dose and maybe a different vehicle. I was using minoxidil which *might* explain why I got sides since water reacts with it to produce the cortexolene metabolite which is what causes the sides.

I bet if the HPA thing was not mentioned nobody would experience those sides. i want to know how many would report having an itchy *** if casiopea mentioned that as a side in the study
