I put maybe 120mg or 160mg ru last night from actifolic. No sides at all and no increased hairfall. Baby your hair continues to thin despite of RU. Dont blame the RU. Im also desperate nor finasteride or dutasteride or oral min had any positive impact on my hair just continued thinning. I know im doomed.

I thought you were dht mutant on duta. RU works fine for me on duta with <5 ng/dl dht levels

What else have you been taking? RU alone isn't strong enough for moderate to aggressive hair loss. Your hair is really weird because I see baby hairs all over NW1 areas even NW0 territory. It's like you have DUPA/retrograde AA because the sides are even thin. Like I said, RU alone is not a good idea. You need to combine it with finasteride or at the very least something like OM. Idk your treatment history, perhaps you need to try duta.

Ofc I didn't add RU alone...I am on oral finasteride, topical finasteride, topical minoxidil, topical 17a estradiol high concentration, topical cetirizine for years. Topical minoxidil from 2018, topical finasteride from 2019, oral finasteride from 2020 and the others from mid 2022...These hair that you see were once even more and thicker in my peak-miracle results that minoxidil, oral+topical finasteride gave me...Of course, with such aggressive baldness from 17, I lost ground. dutasteride made it even worse and increased my dht levels-3adiol levels. I found out that 15mg was too high a dosage and my E levels were getting too high. So much so that my E a month after stopping injections was 200pg/ml. Enanthate had a cumulative effect that I did not take into account. 10 mg is the optimal dosage.

My skin became smooth in probably a couple of weeks. Facial feminization became noticeable after about 4-5 months. It's hard for me to remember how it was. You can simply look at the timelines of changes in transgender people to get an idea of what changes you will get and in what time frame.
After 6 months, changes in the body and face stopped.

I mean, you went from 15mg to 10mg only because your E levels were too high or because you were also getting some sort of side effect with 15mg every 2 weeks dosage?

I had leg cramps and calf muscle spasms. Then I refused the injections, took the test more than a month later and the E level was 195pg/ml. I overdosed so I lowered my dosage. 10 mg/2 weeks is the optimal dose.

The sad thing is that by being on HRT longer than I was going bald, I didn't restore my hair, but maintained the level it was at when I started. Yes, I have more hair now, but the quality is so crap that it doesn't change anything - my scalp shows through. We all really need a cure for miniaturization.

You will never be able to regain the quality of your hair. Therefore, you must find a suitable treatment as soon as possible, before the miniaturization area becomes too critical.

I disagree that miniturisation is irreversible, we've all seen posts of guys who are diffuse thinning NW3's completely regrow dead zones and restore their hair.. sure that isnt common but hair follicles lie dormant for years before they fully die off.

Miniaturization is partially reversible, reversible at the initial stage. But this is a very small effect. After 3 years of HRT, my hair did not improve in quality.

I take Bicalutamide 50mg. I also tried oral Minoxidil. This did not change anything, but minoxidil caused severe swelling of the face and growth of body hair and eyebrow growth. I'll never touch it again.

You need to eat less salt that's why your face swells with minoxidil. I would give it another go. Have you tried cpa?

Less salt or not it still make u look puffier. Also it blocks dht which is very bad.

22 mg oral minoxidil never had puffiness or water retention!

I eat little salt anyway. This does not compensate for the side effects of Minoxidil. Hopefully RU won't have that side effect because of the ethanol.

No, I don't think that makes sense. Estrogen helps me; it’s not necessary to use AA. I use bicalutamide only for its oil-reducing effect.
