You're my hero man,awesome results.
If my regimen fails tomorrow and I start losing hair again, will I still be a hero?
I am just above the baseline
for now. That's it. And since gaining some hair back does not make one a hair guru or mastermind, I cannot give a definite answer to your following question nor you should look for definite answers from others.

I have a simple question please,i've started treatemnt with propecia since february,i've experienced a small shedding at first but since 2 months i am losing hair like crazy ( more than 100 per shower ) and i've lost a lot of density especially in the front.
So what should i do ?
Should i stop and cut the damages ? Isn't proprecia working with me ?
Thanks in advance.
It is unlikely that finasteride is damaging your follicles. If it did, it would be a Telogen Effluvium triggered by a system shock due to the change in DHT levels (which would not irreversibly damage your follicles) or reflex hyperandrogenecity- your system is overproducing androgens to compensate for dht inhibition. In the latter case there could be accelerated damage to your follicles.
Or... it could be a shed due to treatment, a shed that your hair is going through in a very improved environment (since your dht levels are lower) which will be taken into account when new hair comes in.
Or... it could be your male pattern baldness progressing rapidly in a shed wave that finasteride treatment was unable to counter.
Or... you could be overreacting on a seasonal shed, or even a no-shed obsessing over a stable hair image. That can happen too. Have you documented your baseline and progress with photos?
To end my rant, if you believe finasteride treatment is failing you, you should discontinue. Hairloss treatments is an up and down ride though. Usually people that succeed take a deep breath and open their eyes 8-12 months after starting, that's the tricky nature of the hair game unfortunately.
