Do white bulbs indicate a permanent loss? I see them from time to time and I've researched the significance of course, never got a real answer.

White bulbs indicate hair follicle finishing anagen phase and entering telogen phase. You shouldnt focus on them.

Hello guys, i have the same problem then you but in just one month. I got reflex hyperandrogenicity from finasteride. I shed like a 400 hair per day when i was using, have a increased in sex drive, oily skin and a burning sensation in the top of my head. I Will upload some photos before people came here and say "Reflex hyperandrogenicity isnt a real thing".

Have you ever tried minoxidil ? If no give a chance, the treatments are available because they work synergistically, I mean yea finasteride if you are good responder it’s going to boost you a lot then you can stay there , but for best results you need minoxidil too. Of course in the end you will stick with one or both of the treatments .Now if you can’t go on both , 1 month is nothing at least 3 months needed to see something small , 6 months are good and 1 year you have a total image , so stick it if you want else drop finasteride and go to minoxidil , wondering though finasteride shouldn’t make damage , but as it seems things are more complicated (referring to reflex hyperandrogenecity )rather than being simple ...

Hey mate , I understand maybe it doesn’t work for you then... Some people are lucky , the drug is not for everyone unfortunately... though if you don’t try it you will never know , two options there : 1): Discontinue the use
2):Continue and see how it’s does
(Maybe you can give minoxidil another chance too ?) hope the best

I lose shittons of hairs and they don't grow back. I just keep receding and thinning day by day. This wasn't happening before finasteride so obviously it's ruining my hair and my life essentially.

No my friend, you are ignoring what I said about the symptoms. I was using finasteride and Dualgen 15% plus.
