How would bica increase aromatase if the enzyme does not work as intended? Bica increase E by aromatizing T but if your body doesn't aromatize how would it increase E?
It won’t increase aromatase itself, but by making T inert AND in combo with E2 you will have a better ratio

As I have stated before (and as @Mr. Slap Head correctly pointed out), using weaker estrogens is NOT a good idea. There are many details in one of my older posts, but it comes down to the intrinsic activity at the receptor. E3 can only activate the ERa-ERb at about 10-20%. That means that at arbitrarily high concentrations, you'd still get only 20% of the epigenetic expression induced by E3. More problematic is that such high concentrations may displace endogenous E2 from the receptor, thereby reducing the local estrogenic profile. Opting for E2 at very small concentrations would be a better move.

Where can you find E2 in Europe, that's the question. No way my trichologist will prescribe me E2. I would use it if I could buy it

Can I ask your opinion on what might be the best topical-only regimen?

How long does it last? 44€ sounds good if it last 2 or 3 months.
No idea bro just found it. I used to use natural progesterone cream just like a bottle like in the picture. And i did a blood test and my progesterone was too high. So it works.
