Honestly, if that fear of hair loss still exists, perhaps just microdose some finasteride, use minoxidil maybe once a day and add some keto shampoo. Not much of a change in lifestyle and gives some piece of mind.

So i’m actually considering visiting a dermatologist just to make sure what’s going on with my hair. Will they be able to find out with a 100% certaincy if i’m losing my hair or not? Is there something i should be prepared for when visiting a dermatologist, and are there specific things i should adress to them?

1) Tell them to look over your hair with a microscope and to check if your hair is miniaturising (thinning) anywhere behind the frontal hairline.
2) Family history (although they should ask you this question you shouldn’t have to bring it up)
3) How long your hair has been in its current stage for

1- They don't understand the impact of hairloss in men. (This is a crucial thing)
2- I'm not sure they know what a mature hairline is ... they just studied the norwood scale, noted that the hairline recession is a sign of baldness .. that's it.

I personally wouldn't like a M shaped hairline like that on myself. I could deal with a V shape where it is wider and more "square". I would honestly get a transplant in that situation. I actually probably will once I can afford it.

I would. I'm not saying that because I think you will go bald or not. Even if I was in your situation and wouldn't lose any more hair I would still get one just because of how a NW1 frames the face.

Yeah it's too round and exposes too much forehead for my liking. Some people can get away with that though, like Daniel Craig for example.

Well i guess it’s a positive sign that my hairline also was very high about 3 years ago. This might indicate that my hairline is like this naturally.

That is generally a good sign. If you're happy with it then just keep an eye on it every few months.
