If CB doesn’t deliver phase 2 results by end of March (as promised), and they don’t give a reason/update about why, then I’d probably write their Androgenetic Alopecia treatment off.
Why? The exact same drug has finished phase 3 and is coming out in a lower dose (for acne) this year or next? I don't get your pessimism

It’s certainly not pessimism, just realism. In fact out of any current drug in the pipeline, I’m most optimistic about this one.
Phase 3 is for Winlevi (acne), not hair loss. Also, satisfying endpoints for phase 2 isn’t a gurantee that it will be marketed, it’s a good sign, but never a guarantee. For example:

Why this happened? No idea, but most likely the phase 2 design was flawed.
So back to Breezula, if they promised a release of results by end of this quarter which they’ve stated a few weeks ago, then I expect them to either deliver or provide an update of some sort.

So Winlevi is in Phase 3 right now or not? I think we could use that if it came sooner.

It’s in filing stage. FDA takes quite some time to approve thereafter. Expect 1-2 years. It is expected to be marketed and on the shelves in 2021.

Trial used 2.5% minimum. Winlevi is 1%. Make your judgement.

Yeah I know finasteride hasn’t really had much benefits for FPHL, but this is an androgen receptor inhibitor, So would be interesting to know what the results are.
If you both wish to stay blind go ahead. Statistics worth nothing or those "reports" that are pseudo-value, can't compere with countless number of people who expirienced sides from finasteride. 2% is a lie, but if you want to repeat that mantra over and over to everyone who has side with blind faith in raports your problem. As much as I was informed about sides and was scary of them.. for all period of time of using finasteride my sexual drive increased like I was teenager again... from one day to another everything died. Zero libido, and total erectile disfunction. And after month or so of using finasteride, I stop worring about sides, because all I got was better hair, increase libido, some brain fog(not big, acceptable) and only issue was watery sperm. I truly believed it is going to stay like that. I was happy like never. And like I said from one day to another sides kicked like hammer, so stop searching stupid excuse for Propecia as it is safe drug, because it is not. PFS forum is enough proof that something is wrong with this drug, and Vioxx made by the same company as Propecia shows how Merck is willing to lie to sell products.
