At Norwood 5A, is it even worth doing the Big 3?

As for your question, I think it can grow some hairs back. I know finasteride does a good job on restoring the crown but I cant make factual statements, it's just something I've observed. As a poster have mentioned, I would just give it a try, if it doesn't work, oh well, the cost of the treatment would have costed you couple days worth of lunch, no big deal for an adult with stable income. Try it out, see how you like it. But man I can't believe how real that hair system looks, I didn't look into it at all and always dreaded the idea because I keep recalling a school principal way back when and his wig falling off and I fear I'd experience the same fate but wow impressive.

For any who may be curious, I ended up getting a hair system a few weeks ago. The response from friends, family, and even people who hardly know me at all has been awesome. Here are before and after pics:
