Lol, maybe 30 years ago! I'd love to inspire women my age, though, with just how much better they can look and feel about themselves with a dedicated weight-lifting program. A few sets of dumbbells can do wonders.

Some scalp is different than MAJOR scalp. I'm sure you notice it more than others (I'm sure I notice it on myself more too). You should ask someone who will give you an honest opinion just how noticeable it is, someone who isn't experiencing hair loss because he/she would naturally scrutinize your hair more. We didn't notice others' hair loss until it happened to us. Remember that.

It sounds like you're making a good effort to get back into the swing of life. Small steps lead to bigger ones. And you look just fine the way you are, without working out. I love some muscle on a feminine body, always have. That's my taste, though. I'd notice a toned woman before a muscular guy.
