-didn't have connections to help him get into professional wrestling

people need to understand that the Rocks dad was a professional football player and wrestler as well. If it wasnt for this and someone (I forgot who) talking McMahon into giving him the in he would be doing roofing in some union somewhere.
Statham was also lucky enough to be spotted as a sports model young before his hairloss set in. He was also supposedly very close friends with someone who was able to get some fame under his belt as a soccer player and actor.... who also has a VERY good set of hair.

Bruce Willis is a decent example as he never had a spectacular head of hair nor came from any special circumstances but a few roles tried to force him to wear a wig which he fought. He also came out a few times saying he hated his hairloss and when hair cloning first came about he tried to donate millions to be the first patient (test patient) but they denied him and his money as it was no where near ready yet. I remember this story 110% when it came out but try to find it now and its almost impossible. Someone had their people scrub the web. Hes also a huge dickhead and honestly I think it has to do with his hairloss a bit. I think hes pissed with all his money and fame hes still stuck with a dumb bald head.

Also think about it, I mean REALLY think about it. You have maybe 5 fairly famous and acknowledged bald guys. Even if you have name 10.... or 20, thats out of HOW MANY famous people total. So you maybe get 1 bald guy out of 200. You may have more but they cover it up so you wont know. In the scheme of things the chances of you as a bald guy having a decent run in the above average schema of life is literally like getting struck by lighting. An average run, maybe 1 out of 100. A sub average but not complete shite go at life is probably something more to expect. I mean if you expect the worst, try and achieve maybe youll appreciate it so much youll think its top tier! Its all perspective.

i dont agree. i think the grown side hair with beard look much better. frame your face more. giving you a more not giving a f*** look. clean shaven gives you a coping vibe + makes you look metrosexual. which is the opposite of what baldness represents

I wasn’t arguing that bald guys aren’t typecast because they definitely are. All I said was does the rock live his life on the sidelines? The answer to that question is clearly no. Just shows that some guys can be bald and still as handsome and success as a full head. Admittedly it’s rare but not impossible.

What’s the point in saying that though? ‘If’ he wasn’t all those things then he would be living life on sidelines, well yeah no sh*t. But he is all those things. Therefore he is bald as f**k and still crushing life due to all those other redeeming factors.
