Stop pulling this propaganda @Pigeon and insulting balding folks on this forum. No one is a retard but you. Lab tests from users continue to be published on Discord showing powders are not fake at all. You are really a sad little man @Pigeon and completely disillusioned if you believe your posts can influence people who don't have your (unverified) claim and luck with minoxidil to stay away from buying effective treatments.

And if you are maintaining your NW1 on minoxidil, wtf are you wasting your time here? Care to explain that? Because this sounds like what a retard would do.

How is the macaques being deceased relevant at all? The reason no one knows if it's cure is because it hasn't been trialed on humans, not because the animals from preclinical work are no longer around for evidence.
We don't know what would have happened to their scalp hair in a few years to claim this would be a cure and not a treatment. That means shelving $40K per 6 months or just $80K for life. That's all. It's not rocket science to understand that. Not sure what's your counter argument about.

Again, I am not sure if I need to write it in sanskrit or if you can understand English but here it is again for you due to your avoidance of gb, no one will open up their private channel to lurkers where they have published these results. So stop thinking you know more than anyone else. Who would want a lurker using minoxidil/microneedling on their server just for the benefit of hearing your constant tirades on Chinese drugs. Give everyone a break and continue coping for 2 years on your treatment, then talk to you then when you start seeing that your treatment becomes less effective with time.

Damn, that's gonna be out of a lot of ppl's reach, including mine. All the more reason to experiment with alternatives like SMI.
And you can't experiment with alternatives like SMI unless you buy from a Chinese lab. quod erat demonstrandum.

Sure thing friend, keep believing you're in some """private""" discord channels.
While I don't fully disagree with you about the cope level of the discords, you're also on some delusional level of doubt when it comes to the validity of chemical/pharma manufacturers in China. The compounds are not fake, they are just not effective for treating Androgenetic Alopecia.

Dude they monitored them for 4 years after dosing, which is 20-30% of their total lives, and they maintained most of the gains. It's not rocket science to understand that the validation of cure or not has to come from human trials.

I think we are saying the same thing. We won't know if it's cure on humans until we have historical data on human.

It depends what you are looking for. I have in the camp of believing that I can treat Androgenetic Alopecia with a cocktail of compounds to act on various pathways related to how aggressive or advanced your state are.

As for @Pigeon, I gave up trying to explain the difference between a server and a private channel on discord. the guy is under the impression that because he joined a server, he can see all the channels, some reserved for group buy folks only. I am absolutely certain for example that I never invited the guy to the UT server. He would never be considered to many others and his tirades on Chinese labs as you pointed out, is getting old in the teeth. The world is not the one from his grandparents anymore.

I'm not disagreeing with your methodology, I'm just saying that nothing has actually worked on the discords beyond some early minimal results as of yet. Most have been complete duds.

Thanks for taking the time to reply. The syndrome on these discords is that each server is focusing on one specific compound (to the point of some admins claiming a cure), while I still believe the whole is greater than the sum of the parts. As an example, on the UT-34 server (a compound I put a lot of faith in), I am motivating people for using UT-34 in combo with other "safe" compounds that can max out the results and work in synergy upstream or downstream to pin more angles to attack this "cosmetic" decease. Folks jumping on Pyri or other new drugs, even without results published yet, are making a big mistake to think that it will become the only treatment in existence. History doesn't tell so and everyone should be very cautious putting their eggs in the the same basket.

Your comment on lack of game changer with each drug so far is valid, but no one has done enough experiments to find out if one drug can work better with another in combination. As an example, I am putting a lot of risks with the association of UK5099 and SAG and going by the theory that these are giving more results than when I used SAG with other compounds last year.

Is there any combination of growth agonists you are using right now that you think is working?

Yes, mosdef. UK & SAG are helping in the nw0 area (I used to be happy when I was talking nw3 progress a couple of years ago, things are getting better.) If you are diffused that's even better. I won't recommend SAG but it does the job so decide for yourself. E3 (or you are more brave on sides E2) are definitely contributing too. Of course, microneedling using the Follica protocol seems to help regrowth but that's not long term. I use 2.5mm on temples once a while to butcher my skin and create this skin deeper wounds in combination with SAG. I had a minor scar on my arm and used SAG to test the results. Hair grew quite quickly just on that spot. However I am using defa on pw days 0-4 to encourage hf formation vs fibrosis which thanks to taking minoxidil all these years, I believe my scalp is mostly free from.

If I had to keep a basic formula right now: UK + RU (replaced by UT when it comes in) + E3 would be the big 3s. If you are really paranoid, add Duta topical. UK has been interesting for me, but it's not given to everyone to see results with it. For the price and if you are not adverse to Chinese labs like some of this forum's members are, it's worth trying it. The jury is still out on the dosage for UK but it's still very affordable at 10mg per 60ml. I use a higher dosage than most on any of these drugs.I suspect the E3/E2 to be somewhat beneficial but the process is slow.

How much E3 are you using?

Tens of thousands of dollars. Average annual cost for an antibody is around 80k a year, so 40k for a 6 month supply
Ouch.

So Hope Med will have to subsidize a lot the treatment in the beginning. But they will only subsidize it if they see potential for huge demand (to attain economies of scale). But they only will see potential for huge demand if the treatment proves to be a great success.

In other words, chances are if HMI shows to be only marginally or mildly better than the current treatments, Hope Med will not bother to launch it as a treatment for hairloss.

This thing will either be a huge hit or a total miss.

Pharma companies don't subsidize treatments. They can't attain economies of scale if they're losing money.
Those who can't afford it should get a hair transplant instead, or work on their finances.

If a rise in quantity decreases production costs, you can get economies of scale while (still) losing money.

But anyways nobody is going to pay 40k for something if it’s just a little better than the current (shitty) treatments. So those human trials if they ever happens better achieve nothing but stellar results.

i would be very happy to Pay 40k If i had the same results like the Monkeys For St least 4 Years with 6 months Every 2 weeks HMI-115 injections.

You think that HMI-115 isnt better then the current Treatments. You think that the results of the Monkeys arent a sign that HMI-115 wouldnt also be that very effektive in humans.
It would have Been great If you have told that HopeMedicine before they bought the Technology from Bayer with the primary reason of hair loss.

I never said that I think HMI wouldn’t be better than the current treatments. I just raised hypothesis, one of them being that it could end up not being a lot better than the current treatments for humans.

But if we get lucky and humans end up getting the results of the same magnitude the macaques had, I would happily pay 40K too.
