How long after you started using Bicalutamide did you notice hair thickening? 3 months? Half a year, a year?

Have you tried Finasteride or Duta without Bicalutamide? Or did you start using it right away?
I did use propecia and realised it was not effective. Same with dutasteride. so I went full nuclear quickly. I have to say though, the gyro is bad on Boca without a serm. one guy I know was literally lactating. Use an Serm even if It increases test levels. dose it every couple of days so much better then opting for surgery and much cheaper. Im not a doctor this is my personal opinion, so do your research

I want to start as well, Bicalutamide and Raloxifene, but I fear to disturb my development, I am 17 1/2, and balding since I am 13/14 years old.

It's clearly visible in this forum that 5ARis don't do much for people balding >20 yo, they are in need of potent AA's :(.

Because doctors still live in the Stone Age with their ridiculous research.

Testosterone and DHT both cause hair loss

We have no information on how effective Bicalutamide is for hair. We only have Ein, but one example is not enough. There is also an example where this did not help. It is more effective than Finasteride or Duta anyway, so try this. I think it will get better. Diffuse thinners respond better to treatment than people with temple retreats
Bicalutimide does not regrow hair. it just stops further hair loss. If you don't end up regrowing, at least you can maintain what you have, get a hair transplant surgery or SMP your scalp for a better illusion.

Got a question for you ALAMAS,
how long have you been on Bicalutimide and have you noticed any feminisation?

I have been a while and haven't noticed anything at all.

I only take 50mg Bica + 1mg finasteride. Raloxifene is not available in my country and it raises the cost of treatment and increases T. How has your regimen affected your hair? What result?
my results,

I literally have the hair density of a teenager at this stage. if you could tell me whether feminisation has affected you or not id appreciate it.

I know about gyno, most likely I will get it in 2-3 months. I'm ready for this, it shouldn't be too big. Raloxifene is expensive and reduces effectiveness by increasing T. Therefore, I just want to have surgery to remove the gyno
Trust me its baadd. if I show you photos of some horror stories you will be traumatised.

Hey Guys,
A little about myself. Diffuse thinner since I was 16years old.
Current Regimen (Daily):
0.5mg Dutasteride
1mg Finasteride
50mg Bicalutamide
1500mg Metformin
Raloxifene 80mg
2ml Liquid minoxidil daily

I read a recent study which talks about the possibility of developing diabetes whilst on Bicalutamide from the FDA's access data report where :

'Bicalutamide Tablets work. Reduction in glucose tolerance, manifesting as diabetes or a loss of glycaemic control in those with pre- In patients with advanced prostate cancer treated with Bicalutamide T Tablets in combination with an LHRH existing diabetes, has been reported during treatment with LHRH agonist'

Bicalutamide is notorious to cause diabetes. Does anyone know what is the best way to utilise Bicalutamide while avoiding an increase in blood sugar levels? Any help would be great. I dont want to continue using a medication which can cause diabetes, but if there is a way to control it, id appreciate it heaps, so that I can continue to utilise such a strong anti- androgen. BTW I am not a diabetic nor do I have an intention to become one.

By the way, Bicalutamide does not cause feminization at 50mg daily and I do not have any other side effects not even Gyno. My only concern is this as a possibility. DHTCEL do you have any advice?
Thanks
You take both Dustasteride & Finasteride together, what kind of growth are you getting

Bicalutamide can cause regrowth if your follicles are alive. DHTcel, Ein, Maave got regrowth. They all used different dosages of 50-150mg

Yes, I know surgery to remove gynecomastia will cause craters. But it’s better than spending a lot of money on raloxifene all your life. It costs more than Avodart. And he doesn't guarantee you won't have gyno

I have been taking Bicalutamide for a month. This is not enough time to evaluate the effects, but now my skin is not as oily as it used to be.

Raloxifene where I live is quite cheap.

Bicalutamide will stop hair loss dead in its tracks. Everyone who starts balding under 20 should jump on bica+duta/fina, if you dont want to loose your hair.
