Blood Test On Dutasteride ; Bad Result !

ok brah , just got my result after 6 month on dutasteride twice a week .
And the result is bad ; my oestradiol are on the high range ; jumped from 23 on fina to 41 on duta !!
range is 20 to 45 for male .
I feel bloated , i have mood swing , no libido , puffy nipples , the full sides . Worst than fina 5 mg per day !
SO i am basicaly fucked !
BEcause twice a week duta doesnt give me better result and just more sides
I know that the full duta dosage would work , but i would get severe sides .

i feel so depressed right now ; my hair keep miniaturizing ; even my derms ( who is an old woman who is just good to give you some fina prescription ) have noticed it and said " yes it has receded since last year" ! .
i feel so down ! minoxidil is useless !

If your estradiol is that high you could probably get better results just using topical estradiol for the same systemic absorption and get less side effects than dutasteride , at least you'd be keeping your neurosteroids normal.

Who the f*** stays on Finasteride for 2 years when it's not working and already has gynecomastia, and THEN YOU ADD dutasteride?

Out of your mind. Stop that sh*t, get on RU, and/or Setipiprant. You're already fucked, might as well give it a last try. If Minoxidil gave you no results at any point then save money and stop using that sh*t too. Use some logic.

this is what i am wondering. i don't know if it can harm hair or not.
But keep in mind that while on finasteride 1 mg i took a blood test in 2015 and my oestradiol were at 64 !!!
then 6 month later at 25 ( good value )
then 32
then 20 on fina 5 mg
and now 37 with duta ; but my concern is that duta has a more stable blood level , so i might have this level for long time ; so that is why i am bloated and more puffyness than ever

Get back on finasteride and stick to a consistent dose for at least 2 years man.

brah i stick with the 1 mg dosage ( never skip a day ) for 17 month !
then i took 5 mg for 7 month ,
i did a one month break
then i restart at 1 mg , then re increased to 5 mg , then tried duta

BUT i never stopped it ( just the one month break i did , which was enough for the gyno to decrease , and my hair to fall even faster )

Dude maybe try a combination of RU and finasteride again. finasteride isn't really working so great for me either, it slowed down my loss but didn't stop it, I'm on it for 18 months so far. I'm splitting 5 mg into 1.25mg ed, and using 5% minoxidil too but I feel my male pattern baldness is too strong, even though I have no side effects.

I'm afraid to add duta for this reason though. Hoping that Brotzu lotion or CB-03-01 come out soon...

honestly i don't trust RU supplier .
I trust RU in itself , but not the supplier , for me the are selling fake powder .
And we know that nowadays , dutasteride is the closest thing to the cure which exist for men , but just so many damn sides

If you're still losing hair after being on finasteride or dutasteride for a long period of time and are still losing hair then you are obviously a non responder and need to get off and try something else. its not like one day its magically gonna work after this long of a period of failure.

i know it , but i am lost , fina is nt working and i am definitely a " converter " ( i convert to oestradiol too much ).
Duta is the only solution, but the issue would be even worst

i did some baseline blood test, and my oestradiol were really low; under 20
and as soon as i take DHT inhibitor the skyrocket !
this is strange , because studies showed only a 20 % increase oestradiol with duta / fina . AND me this is almost a 100% increase

If you fail on finasteride/dutasteride as a man your next best option is generally a topical androgen receptor antagonist. As you know RU is common but very weak. Daro is purely experimental but the strongest agent in this class.

Otherwise you will need to take an oral androgen receptive antagonist like cypro/spironolactone but those are hard for most men to handle.

If you are in the beginning of the treatment it should be a shedding
