In your opinion. You know what that means? I just said there's no scientific basis for that. I didn't discount your opinion. It's not fact lol. And to throw the whole cope sh*t at me when I'm not even NW2 is funny.
Well i was just guessing because people usually are coping when they disagree with weird counter arguments. There is no scientific evidence for your claims either.

I didn't argue that. I argued that there is no pattern for anything, age is not a steady predictor for anything, especially human growth and maturity. People keep saying men stop growing at 21 but we keep seeing guys who grow taller at 23-24. There's much variability that people cannot even predict.

Which is highly possible. Go look at reddit and you'll see guys who started receding at 13 and are NW3 at worst, and NW2 at best. It's not always fast.

the guy you posted is diffuse thinning with little to no recession

I didn't post that lol. That's not male pattern baldness either most likely. This kid is only hitting puberty now.
i think it may be male pattern baldness since it is only on top. There was a kid on this site who was 11 or 12 and his grandparent posted pictures of him and it looked like a fungal infection but it was all on the top of the head but not the sides. Shouldnt the sides be affected too if its another issue? You can find the other kid's post very easily on this site in the kids section.

You can actually see it creep down on his sideburns.

There is thinning in those areas. However with any hair loss. the top is the first to go always.
most of his side burns are literally covered by his headphones, no way he is thinning on the sides judging from that picture

He definitely has some kinda of hormonal or thyroid issue I think. Thinning like that happens either gradually or when you’re super old. For it to happen so early and his dad isn’t even bald... I think he either has a bacterial infection or a thyroid issue

Even if he grows it back do you think its an indication he will actually thin out on top in the future?

It’s hard to say, but I think he can partially recover. The hairs on top that would have been susceptible to thinning later might not tho

i think this thyroid issue shows the exact areas where he is prone to baldness, who knows maybe im wrong.

I also think it's a similar case with this kid. Maybe he grew his hair back but i think the way in which his hair fell out shows the same pattern he will have when he's older.

so you always had a receded hairline? so is your hairloss just diffuse then?

Yes, I was actually checking some pics today. I always had a widow's peak and a naturally triangular shaped hairline. There's pics of 2yr old me where I look like Zinedine Zidane. Somehow as I grew my hairline became normal, straight with the widows peak there. My temples were blonde while the rest was very very dark. The temples darkened a bit but were still lighter than the rest.

I started diffuse thinning June 2019 but this year it reached my temples and hariline overral. By february it started wrecking my frontal hair and right temple. In the last month I lost my juvenile left temple. Temples peaks are slowly going to.

I actually have DUPA. The sides of my hair look like sh*t.
