Yes, I was actually checking some pics today. I always had a widow's peak and a naturally triangular shaped hairline. There's pics of 2yr old me where I look like Zinedine Zidane. Somehow as I grew my hairline became normal, straight with the widows peak there. My temples were blonde while the rest was very very dark. The temples darkened a bit but were still lighter than the rest.

I started diffuse thinning June 2019 but this year it reached my temples and hariline overral. By february it started wrecking my frontal hair and right temple. In the last month I lost my juvenile left temple. Temples peaks are slowly going to.

I actually have DUPA. The sides of my hair look like sh*t.
can you describe what your hairline was like lets say when you were like eight years old? Even after your hairline fully developed was it still slightly receded? Ive been noticing a pattern like this. For example wayne rooney is an extreme case of this and he was norwood 3 as a kid and also other members here show pictures of themselves as kids with norwood 2.

Were you like this kid?

I'll try to post a pic here, don't know if a have any pics from that age. Definetly it was not like Rooney's, not even like the second kid. But in the area where the temple recede mine were blonde. I wonder if that's related to early baldness. But the former recession was gone. It was perfect hairline with a small widow's peak

some women also have significantly thinner hair in their temples and show a norwood pattern despite having hair in the norwood 0 areas. My guess is that they would recede if they were men. But there are also women with uniform thickness in the middle and temples. So you can guess which ones would definetly lose their hair.

i think this thyroid issue shows the exact areas where he is prone to baldness, who knows maybe im wrong.

I also think it's a similar case with this kid. Maybe he grew his hair back but i think the way in which his hair fell out shows the same pattern he will have when he's older.
It can unmask it lol. I have thyroid issues and I ended up a NW1.5. It shouldn't progress further unless you're genetically inclined to, which I am not. The kid's hairline has not moved. Maybe his odds are good. But even if it isn't male pattern baldness, thyroid hair loss is not a guaranteed reversible condition.
