Barber shape up? Treatment and possibly a minor subtle graft session?

He definitely has way more symmetry at the hairline than before and even if the pictures are not to scale, it seems that the centre to the glabella and corners to eyebrows are almost the same distance, just a bit of disparity = just slightly over a mature hairline. I think he has done something and natural, not just age appropriate but when you're a proper celeb and actor, naturalness and undetectability is even more crucial for his image and look. Z list celebs can afford to get an obvious butchered low hairline that doesn't blend in with the face/rest of the hair but he can't. Overall I would say he looks his age, maybe even older and a face lift or some facial hair around the mouth would take some years off. But just shows that staying in shape, facial symmetry with a decent masculine face and nice hairstyle can really carry a guy through middle age even with wrinkles, falling face etc. Could easily date a decade down even without his fame.

Baldness doesn't have to keep progressing

Oh absolutely. I haven't lost any hair in over a decade, granted I'm on finasteride but it may have been the case anyway. My point is he has improved his hairline, do you agree? Maybe it's my false perception but looks better.

It's hard to tell because lots of factors go into the appearance of hair such as: length, lighting, haircuts, angle, seasonal sheds, diet, etc. So it's almost impossible to tell

I think it might be the contrast between his colored hair and non colored hair on the sides. If he is coloring his hair, it can make it look thicker too. Too me it looks like no work done. Just grown out more in the forelock. Still he looks older than he is.

Hmmm, once men reach over the age of 50 they start to look like shaved women.

I'm more disturbed by the pink crushed velvet jacket and foundation he appears to be wearing.

Longer hair + product = better looking hair for him.
I was meaning to write yesterday to @DoctorHouse it's really the wax, youthful style that transformed him. The previous hairstyles were either shaved or lifeless flat hair with recession. He does colour it, it's obvious but the effect is negligible in terms of thickness; it's the product, exposed hairline and symmetry now that helps him a bit. It could be the angle but I still wouldn't rule out a barber shape up and possibly even treatment. The right side to the forelock looks better, in some pictures it was almost gone.

Best bet in 50s, light stubble to medium beard ;)

Without the foundation, add another 5 years to his age. Yeah men wearing foundation day to day is weird but for celebs it's different due to the light reflection on screen, that is why sometimes they wear it even for men. I heard bald men need the scalp covered in makeup for this reason too.

I think that he has combed some of the hair to the right and we don't see the left temple due to the angle of the photo.

It depends on the facial structure. I looked younger, I thought, when my dense system was cut down a little bit in density. Look at the politician George Osborne when he got a Caesar haircut for example. Do you know of a hair product that allows me to style my hair like Daniel Craig did there but gives no finish at all? I don't want the shine of the wax but I also don't want to use clay, which removes the shine from my shampoos and conditioners.

You have varying degrees of matte products, some add no shine, some take shine away. Not all clays diminish your hair. Just like not all pomades turn your hair into an oily mess. I use an OB pomade for my usual routine and it gives zero shine for example. Go to /pomade and ask your questions there bro

Looks like a legit grandpa with the wispy dying combover, if had a good hairline on show he would look slightly youthful/masculine but still he would look old/average at best due to his predisposition. Enjoy your system and good head of hair while you're still in your prime, the memories will last a lifetime. Not sure on products since you are quite specific but don't overthink it, anything with a slight hold, thickening effect and shine looks aesthetic. I've recently been using a wax with sandalwood and cinnamon, vegan product I came across, mainly as it smells so damn good even though I am not eating it. Gives a shine and will easily give you the Daniel Craig done up look, providing the system/your hair is decent enough.

Easy lad, Frank Grillo is one of the best no matter with any type of facial hair or not! I get my girl to clean shave me or maintain 4-6mm length which is top preference - peak of aesthetics and desire for girls! ;) A big free flowing beard with really long hair or smooth shiny bald head is probably peak of masculinity though, especially with tattoos and powerlifting.
