Due to the fact I am a follicle-free freak, the last time I was inside a woman, I was a fetus.

When I had more Keratin on Cranium and tinted eyebrows and two day stubble, I used to turn heads.

Now I have a golden birds-nest on Mandible and white slugs on brow, I just turn stomachs.............
This is how I read your posts:

Get help, even if you've left it late.
Whats the point of having stubble............you can't see it from 30yards away.

Like me because I'm fair and IF I had the beard too short.

Specimens would be squinting their eyes and I'd be hearing them mutter, "Has he got a beard?"(specimen 1), "I think so?"(specimen 2), "But you can't even see it!"(specimen 1)..............

Stubble in at least 90% of cases looks dirty. Very few have the density to pull it off.

You didn't see men 40-50years ago sporting three day stubble.

They had thick facial hair that covered they're top lip.................real men.

Dark haired specimens like yourself go grey earlier..............just saying.

Nothing worse than seeing light, translucent stubble.

Very rare do you see blacks/asians with stubble. dark on dark....

I know I know, stubble gives the illusion that one can grow a beard.

It's a goofball look that is being way overplayed.

What's your problem with grey?

On the contrary, once the jowls set in, it's paramount one has some form of facial hair growth.

The sexes change once middle-age sets in........

I have a 2 day stubble right now

Because you can still see it up close and in photos...

Anyway on a lighter note pal, how does your birds nest adorning that mandible look? Find a representation online in terms of face, beard, age, colour of greys/ginger etc and I'll give you my opinion (which may be worth squat to ya, fair enough)

Personally in your boat I'd keep some scruff around the mouth which is the best of both worlds, easy to maintain, covers some skin aging, looks trendy and masculine too. Dye some greys too maybe...if you have a few it's easy to cover them, if you have tons then the dye looks fake especially with age.

OleD0c @DoctorHouse has gone for the old school approach, smooth look forever (daily shave) which he maintains proudly into his 60s with a painted combover adorning the top aka Mick Jagger. This isn't so bad as he greyed very early and patchy beard but I do feel by the end of the day or even before that you can see all white stubble which may contrast the totally dyed top a fair bit especially with age. A birds nest or light beard can be groomed/dyed so it looks right all week unlike stubble which shows in a few hours. Definitely you should engage him for help about this so you can figure out your approach.

All hail the birds nest. Down with those clean shaven, designer stubble, round them all up.

I'm not white(yet), 95% at least is still strawberry blonde/ginger.

I just think for someone of my skin tone, thick facial hair looks best.

Stubble looks like dirt on me. Can barely see it, the roots have to have some length for the colour to come through.

I look the spit of how Magnus Samuelsson looks now with a full beard.

I have Swedish heritage, so same eyebrows, head shape, blue eyes, beard style/thickness...............maybe my facial hair is a little darker.

Shaved on top? Yeah I agree, a slightly longer beard would suit you better from what you described; definitely complements your height, shaved head, build and looks hypermasculine. You're at the age where you can just do whatever you want without worrying too much. I look younger and masculine but not in your way, definitely I'll maintain how I am as it works for me and the girls, don't really care anymore though...once you've done everything you want you move on in a healthy way.

Yeah, completely shaved. Tried growing the sides, but it doesn't suit me.

I like thick facial hair but not long if you know what I mean. I've started growing more of the neck hair to make the sides even fuller.

I have the Moustache the same thickness as the rest. I know it makes one look older and perhaps uglier but there's nothing worse than seeing a strong beard and then a weak Moustache.

I don't like how a lot of Asians and blacks have their beards. Strong on the sides and chin then a thin Moustache.

I would look like a Gnome or Amish if I did that!

I don’t get it. It’s not like you’re using treatments or fighting hair loss in any other way. Just here for the cope ig?
