I just turned 23 and I have a good head of hair, I have very receded temples (kind of Johnny Depp's ones) and a bit thinning front (I'm on Duta and minoxidil 5%), but a great density (trust me), anyway I had a consultation with Dr. Rahal (best doctor in the game for hairline and dense-packing) to have a hair transplant at his clinic in Canada, my goal is to regain a straight thick hairline with temple points also (and widow's peak) just like I used to have, but he turned me away, saying "there isn't enough hair loss to warrant a hair transplant"...
What does it mean?
Also I'm really desperate, what am I supposed to do?
