Desperate... Turned Away By Dr. Rahal

I just turned 23 and I have a good head of hair, I have very receded temples (kind of Johnny Depp's ones) and a bit thinning front (I'm on Duta and minoxidil 5%), but a great density (trust me), anyway I had a consultation with Dr. Rahal (best doctor in the game for hairline and dense-packing) to have a hair transplant at his clinic in Canada, my goal is to regain a straight thick hairline with temple points also (and widow's peak) just like I used to have, but he turned me away, saying "there isn't enough hair loss to warrant a hair transplant"...

What does it mean?

Also I'm really desperate, what am I supposed to do?

Listen to him. It's possible you have BDD. Post a photo with your hair pulled back and lets see what is going on.

How can I be someone to turn away for a hair transplant?

Damn, I have receding temples and no temple points at all, and the treatments don't fix it (after 1 year, 8 months), they likely won't in the future

Sure BBD.. I wish I had BDD.. check out my f*****g temples man, I'm fucked up
Sorry but you don't have enough hair loss for a Rahal transplant. He only deals with cases worse than yours.

Aren't my temples fucked up/beyond saving without points too? Just tell me if I'm right
I have BDD and I think your hair looks great. If mine was as good as yours, I would not even worry about my hair. Actually at one time it was like yours, and I never thought anything was wrong with my hair.

Exactly, but you said "I never thought.. " when it was, indeed, can't you my temples are receding without temple points?

Then how can I regain my juvenile hairline if Dr. Rahal (best hairline and dense packing doctor in the world) isn't willing to perform on me?

It doesn't look you have anywhere near enough hair loss to warrant a transplant to me.

I'd say BDD

I just want a top notch surgeon...

listen man that guy did a f*****g HUGE favour turning you away

you dont need surgery

if you had it you would regret it for the rest of your of life.

your 23 so your a kid still. you want perfect hair. i get that. but in a few years youll be a different person. youll see things differently.

DO NOT GET SURGERY

it will ruin your life

your hair is fine mate. good density. everything is cool

I repeat.

DO NOT GET f*****g SURGERY!!!!!!!!!!!!

see how your hairloss progesses (if you actually have any) then look into it surgery/meds.

BUT only if it gets really bad and when your older.

What is the youngest age you can fix your hairline via hair transplant if you are on finasteride or dutasteride to prevent further hair loss? Just curious

hey you shudn't confuse age with baldness.
if a man has stabilised nw3 pattern baldness in his 20's he can be a good candidate for hair transplant
but this celebrity guy is in norwood 1.5, he would look worse with hair restoration at this point.
The transplanted hair won't look normal with the hair behind it. Damn sure abt it that's why he was turned away by Rahal.

i dont know man

all i know is when your 23 your a kid still. at least with this guy he is a kid still. he might as well be 16

it would be such a huge f*****g mistake for him to get surgery. im surprised other guys arent jumping in here

i guess it all depends on your maturity. but how many 23 year olds are mature enough to understand their situation? i f*****g wasnt

this guy has sh*t loads hair still and is on meds. he has barely any recession. he should absolutely not get any surgery whatsoever. it will ruin his life
