To accelerate the development of bioprinted organs, a Virginia foundation that supports regenerative medicine research announced in December it will award a $1 million prize for the first organization to print a fully functioning liver.

They've printed kidneys already back in 2011, TedX had a presentation of it with a 3D printer on stage and showed off the printed kidney. Here's the video:

I wonder though, would a follicle count as a fully functioning organ? It's classified as an organoid as far as I know.
