The fact you wish that upon someone makes it pretty clear who the piece of sh*t here is, and the data available makes it clear that the likelihood of that is very, very low.

A few FUE scars no big deal and can be covered with SMP if need be. Realistically, chances are in 10 years I'll have a full head of hair. I have the money for any treatments I need and finasteride has an 80% chance of maintaining my hair for a decade at least.

OP can research for himself the risks and issues with getting a transplant at that age, and I think anyone who does and does it effectively will come to the conclusion that if you have the money for treatment and select a top doctor you'll benefit massively from the procedure in the short and long run if you're on finasteride and stable.

it was Bosley (yeah, I know...) and that's the ONLY reason they agreed to do it on me. ETHICAL doctors would not dare touch me, or this kid. Actually it was four years ago now. But the procedure itself caused insane Telogen Effluvium, like 300-400 hairs a day to fall out. Over 4 months I literally lost 50% of my beautiful dense hair. SOME of it recovered, but not nearly enough.

The main long-term studies on finasteride never check the hormone levels of the patients. Like everything else regarding this subject, we don't really know.
