Hm okay... I have been on oral minoxidil for 3 years now, estradiol/bicalutamide/dutasteride for 5 years. And... Ive been experiencing diffuse hair loss. Could it be a cyclic shed from the oral minoxidil?
Thyroid gland? T3? Need some Jod?
Too much estradiol makes shedding and thin yellow hair too.

Havent done T. Last time I did it was at 180 ng/dl but my e2 was at 20 pg/ml(that was 8 months ago and I was using a sh*t e2 spray, now I'm using Een Injections). Now that I have 330 pg/ml + very low 3a diol g, my T must be in female ranges. I barely have any sperm production and it is very very wattery so that's another thing of low T.

I think the question is more about DHT, not T? Because, on my estrogen injections, my testotheiron was below the castration level and my DHT was high.
These are my numbers.

A diol G is very low, that means androgens on peripheral tissue (hair for example) is very low so I should not have hair loss with those levels.

And the tests systemic DHT decreased?
I dont know now. When I had 1011 T induced by dutas and before HRT, my DHT was 59 ng/dl. After starting HRT with CPA + shitty e2 spray (180 ng/dl T and 20 pg/ml e2) my DHT decreased to 39 ng/dl(still high). Now with injections plus bicalutamide im pretty sure those level has to be even lower, because everything changed: less body odor, very slow growth and less body hair/beard growth, no oily skin, no sperm at all etc. With that and low 3 a diol g, I can guess my DHT is under 10 ng/dl now.

We need to pressurize DHT not only in the periphyric tissues, but also systemically.
Yeah but peripheral could be even more important. The user @GRme11 is one of the best examples. When he recovered his hair, he had high DHT levels but his 3a diol g was low, so he recovered his hair. Now his 3 a diol g spiked and he is losing his hair very very fast and aggressively.

Absolutely. But Androgenetic Alopecia on systemic 10% DHT can progress, with high receptor sensitivity.
People with 5AP deficiency don't get baldness.

Hi, maybe some of you guys remember me… So I decided to give a try to HRT to save/reverse my hairloss. Unfortunately NOTHING works on me.

I have been on 50mg bicalutamide ed + 4 mg estradiol + 10mg oral minoxidil ed + 0.5mg dutasteride ed + 1mg finasteride ed + 150mg RU58841 + 20mg Pyrilutamide (2 x 10mg) + Topical minoxidil 2 x day + Rosemary Oil ed

My blood test after 1 month on HRT:
T: 1.5nmol/l
E2: 239 pg/ml
DHT: 39pg/ml

After 3 months:
T: 0.9nmol/l
E2: 289pg/ml
DHT: 26pg/ml

After 6 months:
T: 0.6nmol/l
E2: 233pg/ml
DHT: undetectable

I also did a blood test for thyroid tsh, ft3, ft4, ferritin, iron, b12, prolactin and everything was fine.

It slowed down a bit my hair loss but after 8 months my hairs are thinner. My crown is much thinner, still receeding, temple peaks literally disapeared, my hairs are still miniaturizing.

All I want to say to you guys, HRT - even with proper female levels, even with undetectable DHT values is not guarantee to hairloss. As you can see for example on Reddit /femalehairloss a lot of women with normal female hormone levels are going bald too. They have diffuse thinning/female pattern baldness/receeding hairlines etc.

If you want to try HRT/pyrilutamide/RU etc. of course you can do it, but remember that there is no GUARANTEE to stop/reverse hairloss.

It is possible that the PRL/PRLR in the skin is off the charts and any method, even HRT, will be powerless.
And maybe it is something autoimmune, have you tried topical immunosuppressants?
