how big is the difference between 25 and 50 mg bica? I don't feel any side effects at 25mg so I could increase it if it blocks significantly more of the poison

If you have female levels of T and DHT there is no benefits for taking more. Bica blocks ~4ng/dl T per mg so it has the power to block ~100 ng/dl T if you take 25 mg, so more is useless in that case.

50 mg per day completely solved the problem with oily skin, which was extremely strong. I think Bicalutamide should help everyone, but it takes about three weeks to start working.
bica didn't stop my fall even with 3 mg of estradiol... cyproterone does it even without estradiol... just my experience... but it's a fact... Cipro is my medicine I have to admit.. .

Why do you have such a complex when it comes to straightness? Why do you have to constantly bring up what is and isn't straight in your perception? Why does it even matter when it comes to this topic?

Having a beautiful head of hair is way better than having a girlfriend in my opinion. If you disagree that's fine, but you don't have to clog the thread with your obsession towards perfect heterosexuality.
Don’t forget the mental health part…DEPRESSION, anger, anhedonia (just to name a few) from hair loss is unreal….

you're an idiot who's afraid to even take finasteride... but don't you wonder what the f*** you're doing on this topic?!?!!!?

Your dick is permanently dead from one pill of finasteride already so you have nothing to lose by getting on hrt. also I don't think that guy is swedish, he wrote his comment in italian or something before

I can't tell them that I take estrogen.. otherwise they would call me an idiot since maybe they don't understand the desperation that can lead a straight man to take estrogen... Cipro and estrogen or bica and estrogen will give you gynecomastia almost immediately... This time it seems to be growing more slowly but it must be said that I only had the operation 1.5 months ago. I'm thinking about abandoning estrogen since I don't have that much improvement and I could never go above 3 mg of application per day...
Well UR an idiot. xD

On HRT, 25 mg was enough to stop sebum production. This is not enough for testosterone, and I had to increase the dosage to 50 mg.

@dani500 Do you have oily facial skin? I don’t understand how RU can work if it doesn’t affect the oiliness of the skin, because oily skin is a consequence of androgens binding to receptors
I decided to increase the dosage of Bicalutamide, because I assumed that its effect could be additive with the effect of RU.

Still in the closet I see. Im balding and tried dutasteride finasteride min nothing has worked. But I will never ever try HRT like you. Ur a madman.
Actually the more I think about it, the more your personality makes sense. Since you’re from a Nordic country being straight actually means something. There is such a surplus of truly beautiful women where you live that the idea of being anything but arrow-straight is novel at best, but seems more deranged than anything. If you lived in USA like me, or a lesser euro country, you would understand that the percentage of beautiful women is significantly less and the chance of dating one as a testosterone-allergic subhuman is incredibly unlikely.

I actually haven’t tried Bumble/Tinder/dating apps since HRT but I have had a major improvement in looks due to taking the drugs. Should I do a little experiment? I’m sure it would make losingbattle incredibly joyous, smiling from ear to ear, if my femboy phenotype gets no pull.

Not like before 5ar inhibitors but yes. Testosterone is resposible as dht for oiliness.

On bicalutamide it was really dry, I had to apply moisturizer 2-3x daily. I was on 75mg mostly.
But this is only on face not scalp, scalp is so dry I can go days without washing hair.
Have you ever tried using Bicalutamide without estrogen? Didn't it stop your hair loss?
In theory, Bicalutamide is much more potent than RU and reduces androgenic activity like castration.

I don't know if you pretend not to understand ... whether you believe it or not I don't give a damn ... and I would not be ashamed to say that I am gay or trans ... I to your opposite have a maximum of respect for any gender or taste ... without judging anyone because everyone of his body does what he wants ..... I have written in some previous posts that I am giving up on Estradiol ... precisely because I am straight with a wife and two children and I don't think I can go on .. also because it seems that estrogen level has results on hair only if the latter is high enough. I have tried to fight with 2 Gynecomastia surgeries .. with cialis ... But I can't ... I am bringing experiences here ...you on the contrary just make useless insults derived from your great frustration.

For me, bica doesn't work at all--even with 3 mg of estrogen--only Cipro works--it stops my fall even without estrogen
