the second operation I had was last February 20th... and a little gynecomastia is already creeping up on me... even if it's very small... but anyway I'm taking estradiol gel 3mg and cyproterone 12.5mg... my thought is going for a transplant in the frontal area and keep finasteride, dutasteride, oral minoxidil, and Cyproterone... and maybe I will be able to enjoy my life as a man a little without thinking too much about the problems that estradiol brings to us heteros... not I know I have to think about it

That many gyno surgeries sounds extreme. I am actually fascinated in a way. Can I ask a couple questions about that?

- After how many months of HRT did you do each?
- Do your breasts keep growing the same way after surgery?
- How do you even find surgeons who do that? Do you tell them that you are taking estrogen?

I can't tell them that I take estrogen.. otherwise they would call me an idiot since maybe they don't understand the desperation that can lead a straight man to take estrogen... Cipro and estrogen or bica and estrogen will give you gynecomastia almost immediately... This time it seems to be growing more slowly but it must be said that I only had the operation 1.5 months ago. I'm thinking about abandoning estrogen since I don't have that much improvement and I could never go above 3 mg of application per day...

I must also say that 50 mg of bica and 3 mg of estrogen gel were not stopping my baldness.. my oily skin had returned on my face and scalp.. strange considering that my tests showed estradiol at 82 PG/ml and DHT at 87 PG/ml... after 10 days of replacing bica with 12.5mg of Cipro I no longer have hair loss and my face and scalp are completely dry... Cipro works for me.. bica doesn't. ..

What are you T levels with bica? If you have 82pg/ml e2 and not using cpa only bica, your T levels must be elevated and the bica might not be effective for you

Why do you have such a complex when it comes to straightness? Why do you have to constantly bring up what is and isn't straight in your perception? Why does it even matter when it comes to this topic?

Having a beautiful head of hair is way better than having a girlfriend in my opinion. If you disagree that's fine, but you don't have to clog the thread with your obsession towards perfect heterosexuality.

So what do you tell the surgeon? It would be obvious to them once they do a testosterone test that something is very off. I think it may also raise their suspicion once you tell them you have already had 2 mastectomies.

I am asking because responders on this thread take hormones very lightly. I bet any healthcare professional would lose their sh!t immediately when they hear about the actual regimen. I think its also risky to keep your medical info secret for any kind of surgery. Not to mention there is also so much you can keep in secret, as quite a few blood tests (testosterone and estrogen obviously but also prolactine and probably many others) would hint at something.

I have no idea how many of these stories are made up. HRT with mastectomy is still a very extreme route.

but go f*** yourself and that idiot face you have.... you make judgments about people you don't even know.. thinking that everyone likes to lick the *** of men like you... I'm a depressed straight Swede who you are nothing else... evidently the climate you have has clouded your brain too... I declared that I am straight and that I am unable to continue with estradiol for this very reason... I am struggling with Cialis... but I can't anyway... you can believe what you want.. I don't give a sh*t...

I kept my hormonal tests secret from the surgeon... I'm not inventing anything.. I can't find the reason... yes, I risk a lot... but it's at my own risk... like the therapy I adopt...

50 mg per day completely solved the problem with oily skin, which was extremely strong. I think Bicalutamide should help everyone, but it takes about three weeks to start working.
