Doesn't orchiectomy completely remove all testosterone production like cypro? I also don't want the poison to return in case I somehow lose access to estrogen

I watched a video of an orchiectomy to see if it's possible to do at home but it requires too much cutting, injections are the only way if you don't have access to local anesthetics. I did only one injection and it was not that painful but I'm scared to do more
There are so many lunatics here. What's the point of hair if you can't have sex or even wank? Sorry, but I don't understand. You have to either be trans or a lunatic to cut your balls off. If you are trans , it's alright but if you are just doing it for the sake of your hair, then you need a therapist ASAP. And please don't take any offence. I want to genuinely know. Why?

Those effects would likely still occur, mostly just within the scalp, so it’s still not worth it IMO
Ok, thanks. What is your current regimen and how much bica were you using a week ? I know that Dr Will Powers has a topical solution with 0.5 % bica for both trans and cis males, I really think bica can be useful. It would be great to hear from Experimentality.

Experimentality said 0.1% once weekly, so I tried that for a while but I tried even as high as 1% and didn’t notice any benefit to it. If anything I had some itching but that could be due to the pure ethanol carrier

Ok, interesting. I know that Dr Will Powers' solution is 0.5 % bica everyday. How long had you been using bica, did you use with fina/duta/minoxidil and did you suffer any sides ?

Used it with everything else for a few months. I didn’t notice any sides nor did I notice improvement. I wouldn’t be worried about sides at that dosage, it’s so weak of an AA and so low of a dose isn’t going to outnumber the ligands for AR anyways.
