Your hairline is apparently taking different shape more like a woman hairline don't worry about it. Since you are on strong regimen there's no way you it will get worse than that. Based on your forehead it getting more soft just stay consistent, and don't give up you are on the right road.
I hope so. I very very skinny maybe that is why my forehead changed. 16.5 BMI rn

Yes I do speak Spanish. I’m American but live in Nicaragua to afford cosmetic surgery at a young age. Just fighting balding. I have shedding and diffuse thinning but if you just have thinning isn’t that bc girl hormones make your hair thin

I agree your hair looks super dark/oily in the first pic and now lighter causing a thin appearance. Which makes since with no testerone

Hi all, looking to get some guidance on the various forms of estradiol. I've looked through a lot of the pages on this thread, but looking for the latest thinking. I'm a cis 43 yo man with some diffused thinning:

17-alpha-estradiol: is there any thinking that this can be negative on hair? i've recently added 0.1% to my regime (it's weak, so thought i'd increase it above the 0.025% dose that's used in a lot of commercial solutions) but seem to have experienced a bit of thinning since i added it (hair had been stable for years... this was the only thing i added to my daily stack).

17- beta- estradiol: if added a very low % e.g. 0.05% (0.5mg per ml) will this likely improve my hair situation, or is there a risk that it may have a negative effect? Ignoring risk of side-effects.

Estriol: what's the latest thinking on whether this can help improve AA hair loss at say 0.5% (5mg per ml)?

Thanks

Personally shedding means nothing, positive or negative for me. I barely shed anything on dutasteride and oral min it was insane actually but hair got nuked fast as hell anyways. You always need estradiol while on dutasteride or finasteride or say bye bye hair. The solo finasteride and dutasteride results you see on reddit are all fake. Same with min. It simply doesnt work. Doctors should prescribe estradiol with finasteride. That should be the new standard treatment. If a man is dead serious about keeping his hair that is.
It works, not everything has to be feminization, for God's sake. I'm not advertising anything here and Dustasteride+ OM worked perfectly for me.

Ok, but that doesn't mean u can say that all the cases are false and that it's all advertising.
I said it and its the truth. U have a placebo effect. dutasteride spikes T so much it makes u bald with no estradiol.
