Just go on estradiol and trust the progress. Give it a year or 2 if you achieved the nw0 with the shemale appearance, don't be ashamed of it consider it a lookmaxxing glow up.

I wonder why no one uses E4 (Estetrol), its security profile is better compared to E2. However, it is much weaker than estradiol. Diane 35 contains cyproterone acetate, a very strong antiandrogen with many side effects.
Ethinyl estradiol is the strongest artificial estrogen and at the same time a bad estrogen in terms of side effects (breast growth, thrombosis, etc...). Metabolized mainly in the liver with the formation of hydroxylated and methylated metabolites damaging DNA.
Not to mention that EE mainly stimulates ERa receptors, stimulation of ER-alpha promotes catagenization of hair follicles.

And actually if you read my post, I was writing about E4, not the nextstellis combination drug with progestin in it.

And if you compare nextstellis and diane 35, nextstellis has a much better safety profile.
