Did you figure out how to fix that? I’m going on hrt because I hopped on finasteride and dutasteride without even balding and now I’m diffuse thinning Norwood 2.5

I wasn’t even balding before I took finasteride. It’s so over
you had reflex hyperandrogenicity, i also got it when i tried finasteride, lost fairly 50% of my hair density. Ofc i got mad for lose my hair because a hair loss drug, and tried everything to recover the hair i lost, and in the end nothing ever worked. you can try HRT but I warn you that your chances are low.

I think its not ONLY androgens for people who dont respond to dutasteride or finasteride or even hrt. My hairline receeded and then stopped for years and still hasnt budged at age 37 soon. But got issues with diffuse loss. Which can be hormonal issues, health, or simply bad genes. or bad hair care or anything else.
My hairline is sh*t but not as bad as my diffuse. The diffuse on mid scalp is what destroys my hair, like I cant even style it I have severe diffuse i hate it. Ppl tends to think my hair is fine cause they only see pics of hairline but in reality it's much worse. Diffuse balders are doomed, and ppl does not even feel empathy because it's hard to see on camera with mid lenght hair...

A question. Why is your forehead so shiny/oily?
It's not oily, just shiny cause I do dermapen and use tretinoin, skin is glowing basically
how long have you been on corticosteroids?
Twice a day for an entire week then stop for few week then 3 per week once daily to maintain and stop for few weeks
since 3 months?Try to stick with it and see if it gets better
No, I dont plan to use it long term. I've been using it for like 2 months I think, but always with a two-three week between. It only helps with the painful scalp but the hair loss from the scarring can't be recovered

Same for me. I wish I could buzz it all off.
I would look like a monster with a buzz cut. My head shape is terrible I got curse with aggresive hair loss and awful head shape... Great...

Same. I got a small *** head and skinny shaped. Not a nice square or round head. Im cursed too. I would have buzzed it long ago otherwise.
Yeah..... Everything would've been easy with a good head shape...
