This trans girld use 125 mg flutamide blast spironolactone
View attachment 118973
Yeah, if ur nuking your T levels to 0 with spironolactone then you won’t need above 125mg flutamide. That’s why women are prescribed 25mg bicalutamide for hirsutism. Their T levels are already <70ng/dl

I will do case and I will use 250 mg

Nice, and I don't think you need dutasteride, maybe do 1 pill of dutasteride a week (to save money) + 250mg flutamide everyday. Your hairloss isn't that aggressive from what it seems which is good.

Your video...

You have absolutely no hair loss .... Ok it's your body. But you're doing all of this for nothing. You have nothing.
I would kill all my family for 50% of your hair ... That makes me a sociopath, but it's just because of hairloss.
Wow, what is your situation? You used a lot of antiandrogens (bica, cpa, duta) before, If I'm not mistaken. Did they not help you?

That's not mine that's @Guido's condition. As I said I would kill to have 50% of his hairs condition.

Lol. This question is addressed to you, not Guido. I see his pictures.

I'm interested in your situation because thought you have a lot of experience with antiandrogens.

Your hair is awesome for this forum, lol. Perhaps you have hypochondria. You have to get a phototrichogram to make sure.

Nearly a month in to spironolactone, my nipples are a bit sensitive but no gyno, will take it for 6 months along with 0.5mg of dutasteride and 20mg of oral minoxidil and see where im at before thinking of changing to a stronger regimen.

Mate order some raloxefine now. I had sensitive nipples at month one on spironolactone. At month 3 my gyno went from 0 to bad within in a week. And I’m still trying to get rid of it on letrozole now. You should stop spironolactone for a week and do raloxefine at 60mg and then start spironolactone again. You’d probably not get gyno doing this.

Also I've been on 100mg Bicalutamide and 20mg Tamoxifen for the last 2 days, I'm planning on doing 100mg Bica for another 8 days (10 days total) and then doing 50mg ED after. Its funny how last time I used bicalutamide I got milky nips on the 2nd day of 50mg Bica but with Tamoxifen that hasn't happened and I'm using double the dose, hopefully it continues working :(

Tamoxifen and raloxefine reduce estrogen by 60% if I’m not mistaken. Which would explain why you have no milky nips.

Do you take ralox and tamox at the same time? I was on tamoxifen when took bicalutamide (10 mg every other day - that didn't help me). It affects ERs throughout the body and can affect the estrogen's effect on the head.
I know a guy who takes 150 mg of bicalutamide every day plus dutasteride. He's still alive.

... Can transgenders breast feed? I’m genuinely curious since people complain about milk coming out of their nipples
