@bridgeburn what dose of cpa do u recommend I take if I'm doing 50mg bicalutamide and 0.5mg dutasteride?

Think my erections are slightly softer and harder to maintain, gonna try l-citrulline and see if that helps, might just be all in my head though im not sure. No side effects from oral minoxidil.

Hey can I get a lil info on possible sides with topical estradiol and if it’s worth it?

I don’t want to mess with any 5ar inhibitors cause 5 days on duta put the fear in me but as I continue to read and formulate my kitchen-sink style cream I think the problem behind Androgenetic Alopecia is a lack/reduced ability of aromatase activity in hair and a sensibility to androgens/AR receptors. These two things make us bald at least for sure in men and is why conversion/dude-to-lady hormone wise cause the results @bridgeburn has... nice sh*t btw.

A lot of other pathways help support this but not all. But I wana know if like 2-3 times a week of low topical estradiol is worth it in addition to NO 5ar inhibitors.

And help would be appreciated as here I see a small number of OGs pioneering some crazy gains

Nearly a month in to spironolactone, my nipples are a bit sensitive but no gyno, will take it for 6 months along with 0.5mg of dutasteride and 20mg of oral minoxidil and see where im at before thinking of changing to a stronger regimen.

You will hardly get any noticeable gyno.

I doubt topical estradiol would work when used on its own...

Dude phenazepam is stupidly strong, i would steer clear of it and find another benzo to use.

Yes, I know. I lower the dosage over time. Phenazepam is often prescribed to treat anxiety in my country. It really works, but you need to know the measure.

Given he was doing a lot of 5ar suppressing and other stuff it seems to correlate as at least a promoter of hair growth

try 0,75 mg of Estrogel everyday

I thought I may as well make a proper comparison in a single post to make it easier to find. These are my results from using Cyproterone 12.5 mg, sometimes everyday and sometimes every other day and estrogel 2.5 mg to 3.75 mg per day for 8 & a half months.

Before (Summer 2018) With toppik, dermatch, dry shampoo and hair volumizing powder.

My hair was actually worse than I remembered. I mean I knew it was bad but I remember it looking better with all that stuff I used to put in it. Someone should have told me to just cut it short.
