depending on individual opinion, testicular atrophy and the chance of permanent infertility is pretty drastic lol..

but some would actually see that as a good thing, so overall for most testosterone therapy is indeed more drastic to the body cause it contains risk of masculine features that even masculine identifying people don't want to have; like f*****g baldness.. not even the manliest man is happy to be bald. or get f*****g acne and decreased lifespan..

but on the other side of the spectrum the girliest girl would be glad to recieve all the feminine features which estrogen and/or lack of androgens give.. except periods if you count that.
we still have it better than mtf and ftm, we wont age because we are guys with softer features, and we do not get stinky periods or painful pregnancy plus we gotta keep our hair for a long time, without crashing into menopause or andropause

Other than infertility and gynecomastia, that’s not bad as potentially irreversible baldness and a permanently deep voice. At the end of the day, gynecomastia can be removed without much risks and children can be adopted. Unlike voice surgery which has such a significant potential to cause permanent damage... Just imagine regretting your choice to transition and being stuck with a deep man voice

I think these things help in reducing blood clot and increasing health, beauty, and longevity

No alcohol, no meat, no diary, no smoking, no coffee, no sun exposure, cut salt and flour products

Add tons of fruits and vegetables, 1 hour of aerobic exercise everyday, hydrate, sleep long hours and dnt stress

Is estrogel a replacement for taking pills ? or should i get both estrogel and estradiol to take buccally ? i'm ordering E this morning and i was wondering before i get it, here it says trans-dermal application of estrogen doesnt raise your risk of blood clots https://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2016/03/160330085613.htm

I read that. It does raise the risk, however it's not as large as a risk as taking it orally. Using it topically, injected or sublingually/buccally avoids the first pass through the liver. It would be advisable to use it topically since it has a longer elimination half-life. However, it doesn't give as great as a dose. They are both equally great.
