Allright I have officially started my regiment! one of my pakages just arrived from Thailand so I have just taken my first dose of spironolactone at 100mg. I also applied 1.5 mg of estriol, it leaves a nice cool tingly feeling on my scalp and face. I still have one package that is still stuck in customs. whats weird is that was the package I paid expidited shipping for. It makes me wonder if they inspect those a lot more often than the regularly shipped packages. Hopefully it arrives eventually.

Bridgeburn how soon should I start to notice results? Should I notice a difirence in a months time?

Oh yeah I also got a prescription for 100 mg spironolactone from my doctor today! He seems totally cool with it his only concern is if my potassium levels get dangerously high he said he will take me off the medication. I hope that gives hope to some people out there wondering if they can get a prescription or not. But you should know he has been my doctor for 18 years since I was a child and we have a great relationship, He has trusted me in the past with my unconventional ideas to help cure myself of unrelated issues. He was also friends with my mom who he worked with when she was a nurse. So this may not be the best example but whoever out there is considering asking their doctor I think it's worth a shot.

I think alcohol is a vasilator so it acts like minoxidil, should be good for hair. Same with chewing tabacoo a stimulant may help too.

Im trying the herbal route - black cohosh and soy flavinoids. Used for womans menopause, like estrogen but works a different pathway so may not cause gyno, thoughts?
I got the idea from using digestive enzymes which seems to work well for the gut. Maybe herbals are better than they get credit for.

Minoxidil does more than that and promotes growth independent of its effect as a vasilator. Tabacco is no good, Nicotine increases DHT.

Phytoestrogens are very weak estrogens. I have taken soy isoflavones before and it didn't help. If it doesn't cause gyno then it's not powerful enough lol. but soy flavinoids may help if you are an equol producer, not everyone has the right gut bacteria for it though.

v**** doesn't make you have "huge c*m loads" if you are taking Hrt. Maybe they take a very low dose, idk. but Is their skin as good looking in real life? could be make-up, facial serumns, film eiting, resolution of the video, or simply young people are starring.
