So after a 6 days on spironolactone and estriol I havent noticed any side effects. I think I might be peeing more than usual but it's hard to tell because I always drink alot of water so I allready pee more than the average person. My hair seems to have more volume and life to it. Iooks fuller. I'm not sure if I want to keep applying the estriol to my scalp. It makes my hair look greasy after i apply it so I usually only apply it there at night. I havent noticed any diffirence in oiliness or shedding. So so far so good.

unless they have something seriously wrong with them or lack of E receptors in breasts. I've never heard of gyno free hormone treatment( unless a Serm is involved)

I'm not going to click the link.. What you see in p*rn is probably not true, basically someone without the genetics for hairloss, doesn't take Hrt and has silicone breasts.
Whats the difference with using cypro and estro? Doesn't cypro increase estro?

cypro doesn't increase estro. although, it has indirect estrogenic effects by blocking the androgen receptor. Since androgens antagonize effects of estrogen

I'll get there first!! lets have a gyno competition ;)

My God, ive just looked at my hair on the sun... I will start right now applying 0,70mg of estradiol on my scalp and a low dosage of spironolactone (100 maybe); problem is i was using higher dosages than that (not estradiol on the scalp but pill) and it didnt work. Hope it works slowly with lower dosages

How long were you on estradiol and spironolactone before?

Actually i started and stopped some things, i was on spironolactone for one month, then i changed to cyproterone adding estradiol pills. I stayed on that for three months, i had a shedding, i might have recovered, but i stopped all. Now i will try to restart low dose. I am also on dutasteride for seven months, and forgot to mention that on the middle of the treatment i used minoxidil for almost two months, then stopped also.
