Since your thinking is this , I think CPA is safer than bica, even though I know about meningiomas, hyperprolactinemia and everything, in my opinion it is better to cycle the CPA and keep the results with other drugs , as we have examples in the forum itself, than to be a slave forever in bicalutamide.
Either way you're going to be a slave for every drug your take, just for your hair.

We are all hostages of the situation. But I intend to put an end to this and find something that works with minimal side effects. Follow me, I will contribute more to solving the problem than the f*****g Doctor Rassman and other very smart and busy trichologists
I'm watching , Grats my friend =D

I already said it too often, but if you are balding, consider to not reproduce. You are a genetical defect lol, thats my opinion in the end of the day.

The answer is to reduce damage to the body, that we are going to be slaves to drugs, that's for sure, I just want to say that it is possible to reach a plateau and keep it with as few drugs as possible.

Very true, we have to find a sweet point between side effects and effectiveness. We definitely need a new thread if; life/health>hair

This is what I am doing. I started with a minimum and will increase as needed. I know that the basis of treatment should be Bicalutamide in a dose of at least 50 mg in combination with finasteride / Duta. Further, either an increase in the dosage of Bick, or estradiol. Either of these two options will end baldness.

Both options should help, the question is in the combination of effectiveness and side effects

finasteride/duta: for benign prostatic hyperplasia
Bica: prostate cancer
Daro: resistant prostate cancer

Bica is the golden middle lol

What sides did you experience? I currently take 50mg a day and will be bumping it up to 100mg in 1 week. (havent noticed any sides yet)
Extreme fatigue, weakness, i.e. lack of strength, couldn't open the peanut butter jar, excessive sweating. I had a huge shed which is ultimately benevolent but going slower and titrating might have prevented that plus it is synthetic and while slightly easier on the liver than bica and cpa, it is still something you don't want to be on forever as MtF's often take meds for decades. Your situation might differ. I started on 100mg and quickly went to 200 mg and at times 300 mg so I was taking a lot.

I'm starting to develop a silver dollar on top with a big radius of VERY thin hairs. Not mentioning about the intense loss of density...

I really don't know how to reverse it as of now.
:(

This sounds like an extreme regimen:
finasteride 1mg
50mg bica
2mg e2
5mg minoxidil

Personally, I would cut of the last 2 and add them after 1-2 years, if I continue balding/thinning.

It will stop androgens from binding, so they will not cause androgenic functions in the body from what I understand. If you block 90% of your androgens from binding, its already terrible for your body.
A person has to have a dominant hormone, either E2 or T or bone loss will occur rapidly as well as some other not so great stuff. That's why people after SRS have to take estrogen. At least for eunuchs, AA's appear not to regrow hair without estrogen supplementation so I still have my doubts that AA's single shot are a path for anyone.

Friends, it's much harder to stop testosterone production than you think.

Some patients only Estrogen will be able to inhibit the LH / FSH axis, however in most cases in TRANS patients who use this type of approach it is necessary to correlate with the use of some AA (spironolactone or CPA) at some point.

You need to remember that you are XY and your body will adapt at some point.

I say more, to patients that neither AA + E2 are able to block the LH / FSH AXIS after that comes drugs that I dare not write here and that are used in management.

So calm down, breathe, taking 2 mg of e2 will probably not be screwing your endocrine system, it is clear to patients and patients, and drug relationship with the carrier
Wow. I didn't know you treated patients but maybe see Transfeminine Sciences on reddit and some of my writings about the history of HRT and the refusal by practitioners to prescribe enough estrogen due to liver worries. If possible, no one wants to hehave synthetic meds churning through their liver for decades as is common for MtF's.

Q

3th time I posted this I guess xD sry

I have diffuse thinning all over my top + temple recession started. I cant understand this, as I have pretty high E levels for a male but damn... broken T levels, I as well dont have many "male" features you would expect to see for a 17yo, tho I can grow a beard but thats all.

I wonder if SHBG's are the problem.

Maybe try to get your hormonal level to normal male levels your age first. Sometimes T is good for hair. Use oral min to make it look better.
Yes! I already have some appointments ready with the endocrinologist... corona is just delaying appointments soo much oof

There is hope man, I looked at your pics and your hair diameter seems to be great. Just fix your diffuse thining, and you will be perfect for surgical treatment.
This isn't over for him in terms of having to have surgery. Most of us were far past that level who have had full recoveries.

Btw; I am asexual so I dont mind sexual side effects, I just want... to be happy. I would rather die due to liver failure with a full head of hair, than old and bald lol

I should consider a psychologist ngl. Think I have BDD, as I dont have anymore the mood to live for months.
