Are you planning to stay on bica like - for ever?
Yes, I will not stop using Bicalutamide. Over time, I will only be adding estradiol, or increasing the dosage. I have not yet figured out which option is better. Although it is possible to buy 150mg tablets and divide them into two 75mg portions, which is effective and cheap

Get your T tested and adjust your dosage to your T

I will do this in 3 months, when Bicalutamide accumulates in the system and increases my T
I have another idea: as far as I understand, Estradiol significantly lowers T levels, even at low doses. What if you use 0.5-1mg per day? Nobody uses less than 2mg, so we don't know anything
You can start at 2mg and go to 1mg for support

Ikarus used 2 mg E and because of that he didnt needed more than 16mg of bica actually. But oh well, he had also a lot of sides. I dont know if I am willing to live for ever with estrogen effects. Thats just not my cup of tea. lol

If estradiol lowers T so much, it might make sense to use just 1 press of Estrogel. That's about 0.6mg of estradiol. But the levels will be unstable, so I don't know
We need help from MTF in this matter

50mg of Bicalutamide blocks 800 testosterone, so there is no point in lowering T below this value. If we reduce it to this value, this will be the golden mean between feminization and the effect on hair. 800 is the norm for men, so we can still build muscle and have some benefits. T

Friends, it's much harder to stop testosterone production than you think.

Some patients only Estrogen will be able to inhibit the LH / FSH axis, however in most cases in TRANS patients who use this type of approach it is necessary to correlate with the use of some AA (spironolactone or CPA) at some point.

You need to remember that you are XY and your body will adapt at some point.

I say more, to patients that neither AA + E2 are able to block the LH / FSH AXIS after that comes drugs that I dare not write here and that are used in management.

So calm down, breathe, taking 2 mg of e2 will probably not be screwing your endocrine system, it is clear to patients and patients, and drug relationship with the carrier

I don't understand English well. We do not want to stop its production, we want to reduce it, suppress it. It is optimal to suppress it by about one and a half times so that it is not higher than 700ng / dl. Without using the spa, using estradiol. If I understand correctly, even 1.5 mg, which corresponds to 2 clicks of Estrogel, suppresses T to the female norm. This is not necessary because we are using Bica

The big problem of the spout is there, adaptation, your T levels will be doubled, high T levels have consequences such as high blood pressure, among others, BICA is not safe in the long term in terms of health, we also have the issue of greater sensitivity of the receiver AR that the spout causes, the list is infinite the post would become giant, we need to be aware that this is used in the management of cancer patients in advanced states, they are not very concerned with preserving certain structures. The correct thing would be to get in and out, but I think it would go wrong, I think the approach with female hormones is safer than any other AA, you can control your T levels with E, and inhibit the action of DHT with 5ar blockers .

I don't see many success stories with bica, but good luck, I'm watching your treatment.

What I'm saying, it doesn't always suppress.

Bicalutamide increases T by 50%, usually it is in the normal range or slightly higher. T still falls with age
AR hypersensitivity occurs in prostate cancer due to cell mutations. I don't think it's possible in the scalp. Even if it does, it is unlikely that it is so strong that you will start to go bald again. We do not have research, a small number of people apply it, so we can only assume

The secret of hair growth is in estrogen, women who receive pure prostagens as contraceptives usually suffer from hair loss problems, in pregnancies where E2 levels are in the sky the hair is incredible, I've seen many cases here where they get results with estrogen and they lose when they remove it, estrogen will decrease their sensitivity and numbers of AR receptors, you just need to find the right dosage for you, your body has to be in the proper hormonal balance. I've seen cases of a patient in CPA plus e2 continue to lose hair, it's way beyond suppressing T

This happens with finasteride and dutasteride, you don’t need to have a cancer, this is adaptation like any other, there will be an insane amount of T in your bloodstream, believe your body will fix it an hour to resolve it, like the insulin cycle / glucose / receptor more or less.

Believe me, this is not bro science

In theory, 0.75mg estradiol in combination with Bica can help?

How is this possible? We also have a dude who continues to go bald for 100-150mg of Bika. It's confusing and reminds us that we don't know
