Why bicalutamide? Why not flutamide, darolutamide, enzalutamide?
Bicalutamide vs. Flutamide:

Flut is heavily hepatotoxic, whereas Bica is much safer, in relation to Flut, and as well even more effective.

Darolutamide and Enzalutamide are used for resistant Prostate Cancer. Our follicles do not morph or anything else, they are as well very heavy and costly.

Just a little reminder: Bica is used as well for delaying puberty in boys, as well as hirsutism and other androgen-dependant conditions for off-label use.

@Almas Hey! What do you think about taking the approprient dose of bica, to block all your AR signaling and taking finasteride as a secure within 1mg daily E2 to balance out the T:E ratio.

The problem I see with bica is, that the free T raises to 30-80%+. That ain't good in the long term. We can end up having calcification in blood vessels, maybe even problem with bone structure. So I think the 1mg E would do a favor?

What's your thought on it?

Getting my T tested soon, so I can determine my dose, think I will need 50-70mg, as my T is already low (200 measurements).

Oh wow thank you Janey! Most users on this forum seem pretty toxic and disturbing. I highly appreciate such kind words, thank you!

Whats your thought on my treatment idea? Calling out to everyone, thanks.

If you guys want to take it to the next level you should look at the boards on askmtfhrt on reddit. There's also a DIY site and one called transfeminine sciences where they post and comment on the latest studies.
Nice! Willing to check that out, in order to get infos on how to avoid feminization as much as possible. Thanks again!

How's your hair loss?

It's stable. I'm one month into using 7.5% CB and I will soon start using Prostaquinon+Latanoprost. I'm still working out a regiment for dermarolling though. Hopefully I'll see some good growth in the next six month.

Btw I used oral minoxidil twice. I felt fatigued and had a racing heart. I also grew hair on my shoulders and upper back. No es bueno.
Rob Winter talks about that and dosage. I spent thousands removing beard and body hair but I didn't know that was a factor for you. He says lots of guys want a thicker beard and chest. For females 0.25 plus 25 mg spironolactone is said to work pretty well. If you tried just one drop a day you might not have any sides but you know your body plus guys shouldn't use AA's without estrogen generally although that is barely one tenth of what MtF's often take. Titration downwards can sometimes help greatly. it's hard to visualize maybe but oral min is like a different med.

You could also add something called sulfurtransferase to your scalp for a similar turbo-charged minoxidil experience. The liver contains this enzyme but often our scalps don't have enough.

MtF, on here and on my thread, is used more so for the direction we are going in terms of medical approach but not necessarily in terms of affiliation. Like me, I think there are many who care more about being among the population of folks with a full head of hair and then gender concerns come next.

I already said that there are 2 options:
1) Bica in a sufficient dose to completely suppress T + Duth (I'm looking for a cheap generic)
2) Bica 50mg + finasteride + Estradiol

I don't know which option is better yet. I do not know what effect 0.75mg E per day will have, whether it is enough to suppress T, etc. The first option is simpler and more straightforward, but if your T is very high - using 150mg is very expensive

I'm not rich, so I'm also trying to find an option that young people can afford.

CPA and spironolactone are dirt cheap. That's why when people know which of the three is best, it depends on different factors like expense and ease of acquisition.

I am trying to find a scheme that does not lower the T to the female levels. Otherwise, we will get a feminization of the face, body changes. Bicalutamide is good at this, any scheme should include it as a base. It is possible to defeat hair loss with 100mg of Bika and dutasteride for sure, but the price of this treatment is very high, so I am looking for other options. At cost, I can afford the following options:
1) 75mg Bica + finasteride / Duta (if I find a generic)
2) 50mg Bica + finasteride + Estradiol. Estrogel is expensive if you use 2 clicks a day (1 press - 2.5g, 80g in a can). But I don't know what effect one press will have (0.75mg estradiol)

It is very difficult to choose. While I check all the options, I'll go bald

Almas, you need to check your T, to know which bica dose you need. Maybe 50mg is just not enough for you, and bica makes it then just worse, because it spikes T up but cant block it off for you.
