The penis is not transplanted. That's FtM's who don't want to grow their clitoris. For MtF's, the penis is separated into a clitoris and a separate ureuthra and miniaturized. We have one more or less foolproof method called vulvoplasty where one looks female but lacks the orifice, Vaginoplasty is much riskier and more painful. The body actually treats the opening as a wound so constant dilation is required. Both are much more authentic than FtM surgery but FtM's can approach a juvenile penis size through T use and/or application.

No. Maybe with stem cells a womb could be created but we are nowhere close to that yet. Maybe a womb transplant could work if the body would accept the tissue.

Like me, Bridge grew to like them. Once you have them, it's hard psychologically not to have them. It's hard to just do excerpts because Bridge does a tour de force on every issue. People should try to at least speed-read through the whole thing before conjecturing.
