Infact the continued Usage of CPA is no longer required after 6 months, estrogen will do it all by itself at that point at 6-8mg /day

Also Dont try taking CPA mono therapy, it gets rid of both testosterone and estrogen and will do nothing for your hair by itself, and you won’t feel very good either lol.

You can take CPA with Dutasteride they work well together, you got it backwards it’s Bicalutamide that you can’t take Dutasteride with, though you can take finasteride with it.

Research reports shows no interaction between Bica and finasteride

Research reports show that when Bica and dutasteride are taken together there’s a huge increase of Dutasteride in the blood, because it’s not being metabolized well by the liver.

And because of that it can have many health risks such as blood clots, clinical liver injury and the list goes on!?

How is it that you can take CPA with Dutasteride, while Dutasteride inhibits the metabolization of progestins, and CPA is indeed a progestin derivate!?

everyone taking Bicalutamide please just monitor your liver with the doctor for the first few months, I highly recommend it, the chance is really low but Bicalutamide can still kill you by itself, during clinical trials 2 people died of acute liver failure. Out of the couple thousand people they tested the drug on.

CPA can cause blood clots, deep vein thrombosis and brain tumors. In the clinical trial for CPA a woman developed a tumor along her optic nerve and went blind permanently, her vision never returned even after the removal of the tumor.

Estradiol can cause blood clots, breast cancer, deep vein thrombosis and issues with blood coagulation.

I only mentioned the worst most uncommon side effects of these drugs just to remind people. Because i know some people reading will jump on the HRT train because they see it working for us without research and understanding the risk involved with this method.

Dutasteride and CPA can work together despite CPA being a progesin and they work pretty well together, when you take Dutasteride your Testosterone level can rise double or more. And CPA will also inhibit 5-alpha reductase the equivalent of 1mg finasteride while simultaneously nuking Testosterone production so no T and No DHT will be present in you body, if any at all it will be very little.

E2-only is the way along with P4 and/or provera. Only positive sides from MPA and P4.

I’ve been on my regimen of 50mg spironolactone 1mg estradiol and .75mg estrogel for 2 months. I think it has reduced my erection quality slightly (not a huge change but still noticeable) is there anything I can do to stop this? Possibly not take my regimen the day I know I’m going to have sex or the day before?

Well it's probably close to steady state, meaning it would take at least a few days to see an effect. Any gyno or other sides?

I see that the hair quality with E improves well, provided your hair is terminal. If Bicalutamide stops baldness, in theory I can restore my hair to ideal and keep it on Bicalutamide

I have high hopes for Bicalutamide.

Some interesting information
Castration reduces PSA by 93%. It also stops baldness and slightly thickens the existing hair, partially reverses miniaturization, which we can see in the example @Sonolmn98: "Castration stopped further balding completely but no significant regrowth was seen beside the increase n density and texture"
Bicalutamide 75mg combined with 1mg Finasteride also lowers PSA to about 90% +, but it also increases your E, so it may even be more effective than castration in terms of improving texture and reversing miniaturization. We can take the results of Sonolmn and understand what we can expect from Bicalutamide: stop baldness and some thickening of the hair with an improvement in its texture.
It took him 3 months to see the results. Bicalutamide reaches its concentration in 1 month, which means that 4 months is enough for the assessment. And this completely coincides with the experience of Maave, who claimed to have noticed the first results 4 months after starting taking Bicalutamide.

@tato123
@Pls_NW-1,
Bicalutamide will only improve the texture of your hair, and there is hardly any difference in effectiveness between 75 and 100mg, because in both cases a complete blocking of the receptors is achieved. The only way to achieve regrowth is not to increase the dosage of Bicalutamide, but to add E, because only it grows hair
Your plan is this: 75mg Bicalutamide + 1mg Finasteride. Surgery to remove gynecomastia. Adding Estradiol. After receiving the results, remove E and maintain the results on Bicalutamide.

Perhaps I just wrote the perfect hair restoration guide lol. This is my BIG 3 version:
1) Stop with Bicalutamide and Finasteride
2) Remove gynecomastia
3) Add E

This is the big three for real men.

Haha yes! Point 3) needs to be redone; add E and lower bicalutamide

4) drop E and increase Bicalutamide

I also thought about this, but it must be borne in mind that Bicalutamide needs a month to accumulate in the body. And if you increase Bicalutamide and stop E, you're in trouble. You must first increase Bicalutamide by 1 month, and then remove E
Also, I do not advise you to reduce the dosage of Bicalutamide if you are using low dosages of E, which do not reduce your T too much. In general, there are many nuances here.
You need to be careful not to accidentally induce hyperandrogenicity. Take tests for levels T and E and adjust dosages of E and Bicalutamide
