I spoke to one of the really smart trichologists from Russia. He mainly treats female pattern baldness and uses AA in his practice, he really understands many things, unlike some Doctor Rassman.
I asked why Bicalutamide might not work. His answer: "Because there are many mechanisms in the pathogenesis of Androgenetic Alopecia. If the form of baldness is aggressive, then nothing will help."

In fact, I have already begun to understand this myself. The worst part is that I have the most aggressive form of Androgenetic Alopecia imaginable. I caught her at an early stage at 16, but because she is not treatable and because I am balding even on the sides and back of my head, it is obvious that I am in complete sh*t. It is quite possible that even HRT will not help me, because baldness on the back of the head suggests that even several times higher aromatase does not prevent follicles from miniaturizing. Therefore, I will no doubt use injections and keep E at a high level, increasing it to the maximum optimal values (checking my free E and SHBG). And even that may not help me, because my genes are too terrible. I will say it again: my mother is balding and has Norwood.

You´re sadly not alone, my mom´s hair is diffuse thinning, my sisters (27) density is about 30-50% of the original density. My dad has almost no hair, not even proper occipital hair. Brother rocks a NW2.5 at 30yo and my little sisters (16yo) hair started to fall out as well, she lost about 10% density probably already. I dont know why my parents decided to spread genes. And I have a Norwood 2.5 with crown vertex thinning at 17 years of age.

little bit about my family history, so it is better understood why I doubt even hormonal treatments will help me, but oh well.

If you don't want to use HRT cycles like I did, you have to live with it, or die.

Of course I can

Today I asked my mom to show her hairline. She has terrible hair quality and Norwood 2-2.5
I will have my breasts removed this summer, but I don’t have $ 170 to order Lena's injections.
My growth line is rapidly receding and I can see that soon the follicles will begin to die. I urgently need to find money for Lena injections, otherwise I will never restore my hair

My last post here for a long time cause reading this thread has been pretty depessing lately. I was obsessive over different regimens and my own regrowth too but some people here seem to be thinking about this 24/7. It’ll get better homies hang in there.
My hair is very far from perfect but I’m happy the way it is at the moment, plus I have thick(but blonde) vellus hair all the way to a perfect feminine round hairline so I’m sure it will fill in. Adding prog after the summer cause I dont want any additional breastgrowth to my already somewhat difficult to hide breasts. Just woke up and havent brushed hair so it looks kinda wack but whatever

Thank you all for the help and good luck, love you
Oh wow! It got definitely worse from the pics you posted last year. I hope you'll clear this sh*t oof. I will try to get duta this summer. Bicalutamide seems inaccessible for me and I am just too young.

Good luck! It was fun time with you, please don't forget us!

Continue to post updates, the most interesting thing is ahead: new hair should increase in diameter and become longer. I wonder how long it takes. But I guess it takes 2 years for the growth line to fully recover. I hope by the end of this year your hair will be thicker and longer and you will be Norwood 0.
It would also be interesting to know about the side effect: how has the face changed, the redistribution of fat?
