Hey everyone, I have been (very) busy lately so not checking in that much anymore. Still doing great with my custom topical. It's thickening up some of the existing hairs around the hairline, giving the hairline a more 'robust' look. There has not been any cosmetically significant regrowth, which was to be expected. I'm very happy though. I'm still debating whether to upload pictures of the results, in any case, I want to give it at least six months (three months have passed).
I just read the last few pages, and noted the discussion about antidepressants. Hormones and particularly
fluctuating hormone levels can have a huge impact on one's mood. I would say it's unwise to combine an antidepressant with any form of hormone replacement. If you need antidepressants to feel good, that's a telltale sign your hormone levels are out of whack. Dial in your hormone levels (not just sex hormones, but also thyroid hormones in particular) and re-assess. My guess is that
most people on antidepressants have sub-optimal or unstable hormone levels, and optimizing those will be far superior to masking the issue with more pharma drugs. Notice I use
most because I do believe in a small subset of people antidepressants do have clinical value.
From the drugstore, I would assume. One drop is 1.25mg. Hopefully the ethanol in the bottle doesn't give you sides?
