It is strange that Bicalutamide does not stop baldness in combination with Duta at any dosage. That's why I was skeptical about RU.

Why lose dose bica? Why not cyproterone? Doesn't it up regulate receptors? Wouldn't the smart thing be to start at 150mg bicca and then taper down slowly and see how low a dose you can regrow hair on? I know biccalutamide has a higher safety profile but can't you end up f***** yourself losing more hair? Opposed to cyproterone?

Bicalutamide>flutamide>cpa>spironolactone conclusion was made in first 50 pages yet
i disagree with this lol because last fall when i ordered bica i got stressed about taking it so i read the first 100 pages of this thread and came to the conclusion that cpa was probably better so i ordered that yet never ended up taking it either

Because it is the safest dose long term. You don't really need more bica than 25 mg daily in most cases when T and DHT are within female range
Oh I had seen 150mg bica being promoted. Can you describe the sides? I don't mind a slight feminine appearance or gyno because I can get the gland removed.

150 mg has very high liver toxicity in the mid/long term. Also lung disease too. At 25 mg those side effects are almost non existent at mid term and low on the long term. All that said, to use such low dosage you will need to use estradiol and have 250+ pg/ml at the end of the cycle and ~25-30 ng/dl Testosterone and ~5-15 pg/ml DHT.

And explain sides. I know not everyone gets them. But besides gyno what's the worst part?

I literally explained the sides. Obvious you can get more but those are the worst ones.

I don’t trust you you’re a Hispanic who dates cross dressers and uses a hair loss forum for validation lmao
I don't date crossdresser wtf and I don't seek for validation, I just post my results for those with aggresive baldness who want to see what works and what doesn't when conventional treatment doesn't work. You just hate me and thats ok but dont spread fake news
