I dont know what everyone is seeing and talking about he has hair loss because this guy has a great hair line. I can see some small thinning at the temple but not much to worry about at all. You dont need to take finasteride man, just apply some castor oil on your temple area on a daily basis for about 6 months to a year and it will look thicker and the thinning appearance will go away. Thats what I did with my temples before I grew out my hair.

Castor oil? Does anyone even have this as a part of their regimen, much less the only thing they're using?

I use it with olive oil before using keto shampoo. Helps to keep moisture plus i like oiling :p
It has regrowth properties but in comparison to minoxidil its not in much of a stand.

The recession area of your hair where its bald isnt going to sprout new thick hair with the use of carter oil but the castor oil will help with the appearance of your small recession by growing in some fuzz hair. I used castor oil for 6 months along with taking vitamins. Ive never been on the big 3. Check out vids on youtube of black people using it. Its done wonders for their edges. i dont think it helps with dead follicles caused by male pattern baldness though and I also dont think you have male pattern baldness at this point of your life so it might do alot for your small recession.

I wasted 1.5 years of my life on naturals FYI. I know what works and what doesn't. My scalp kinda burns sometimes when i use keto, as it also dries your skin so thats why i use oils before.
Also i posted it here coz you asked if anyone has it on their regimen

View attachment 31155 This is AddictedToSoftDrinks at age 32! (Castor oil-> on yo face)

I actually had castor oil all in my hair there in that pic. I was trying to grow out my hair. I was 31 in that pic. Im now 32. I also use it on my face to fight against wrinkles. Now that my hair is really long, I dont use castor oil on it too much because its really hard to wash off, it gets really greasy annoying when youre asleep, and its hard to function throughout the day because your head feels like a ball of grease. Its because of the long hair. If I had a shaved head like in the past, I would actually use castor oil on a routine daily baisis for 8 hours a day like I used to. I cant now that my hair is really long. Iam thinking about shaving my head in about 7-8 months and then going back into my Castor Oil & Emu Oil regimen.

Heres what my hair looks like now at 32. Im still going through some shedding but not as bad as it was last year. The hairloss that I had in 2014 was Alopecia Areata. I had a bald spot on the side of my head. I cleared that up by having changing up my diet to a anti inflammatory one. The bald spot that was the size of a nickel/quarter on the side of head is now gone. I think the shedding Im having now is due to stress.

If you dont believe me about the castor oil thing, just go ahead and try it, you have nothing to lose but 6 bucks. Im not representing any brand or selling any products. Like I said before, if you suffer from male pattern baldness, castor oil will not help, but if you have a different kind of hair loss, like from stress, bad dieting, scalp problems, then I would consider castor oil as a natural remedy.

Also last year I was going through some serious depression because I wanted the hairline I had when I was 23-26, but fvck it. Since then, I have learned how to live with myself. Im not going to obsessed over a juvenile hairline and cause it to ruin my life like it ruined my 2014.

seriously though, pls stop your trolling/ full retard on these forums.
I don't usually agree when other users flame people for being privileged, attention seeking nw1s but if that is not BDD, I don't know what is.
