Honestly you'll have to tell her eventually.

But don't be shocked if she leaves you after telling. Women hate baldness because it is a genetic condition. She will want to avoid passing these genes on to her kids.
I doubt mothers care if their son goes bald or not

She won't leave me lol
what women hate is if you dont do anything against it...
never heard any woman complaining about men doing something against hairloss...
you did all you could, so you are good...

i even read that in some womens forum that they prefer it when men do something against it, even using systems...

Only seen that online

On another forum (non hairloss/looks related) some bald coper said I "got hair plugs" but he has no idea how my hair looks anyway

My social interactions are very different now with transplanted hair

I honestly got judged before I even opened my mouth

Had many situations where I had to try too hard with women and got treated like a creep

Men always teased me and tried to assert superiority on me because they thought they were better looking etc

The only negative too balding hard so young is it can have an impact on a girl thinking about kids so you're right to be cautious in the early stages but once she loves you, nothing matters really.
In other words. Avoid bad genes that will f*** over her kids.

yeah and you changed that...
it is just another reason to do it...

when someone here says “women leave if they find out” its nonsense...
its just like men, maybe they are surprised first but after a week they dont think about it anymore, or maybe even forgot it...
i mean how often did you forget some of your friends details? that happens all the time...
woman knows you with hair and is already used to your looks anyway...

I never said it like that, it's true in the initial stages of a relationship girls who are serious will look at genetics but not once they like the guy as feelings are more powerful. If a guy said on date 1, you know I was totally bald on top and all that is transplanted, some girls may be disappointed. It's mostly girls that have a baldness in their family, ironically girls from fullhead families don't see it as such a big deal. It just depends, some may think this isn't the real look and others will commend him on action, mostly the latter and he's found a girl who loves him so he's okay.

And they will never get to like the guy because they aren't attracted to them in the first place. They won't waste their time. So that argument is worthless.

You do realise I meant a guy who had recovered his hair to a satisfactory standard and then went on a date? Most won't care about his premature baldness genetics even if he owns up because she looks at what she sees right there and if she's attracted and feelings develop, she won't care for those genes. It's mainly girls with serious baldness in their family that are more caught up on this. @justinbieberscombover has been on tons of dates and done well.

This is actually 8000 plus grafts with Hasson and Erdogan, top docs and looks stunning, nice tracks too and he puts a finger up to hair loss at the end :p I bet he has no trouble dating hair wise and he probably is in the attractive bracket from what I can see, he has medium to thick calibre hair which saved him and what an alpha undetectable hairline by Erdogan and transplant in general. I have thicker wavy calibre black hair but only had recession which was dense packed, get complements regularly so transplants do work well with hair loss in the right people. Black hair is a power colour in a way too as @Isaac Newton once said, when the transplant guy here colours it, looks so right on him and dominant.

@DoctorHouse may enjoy this one. You tagged me early in one, you can see the difference here from that one, top Drs but importantly the calibre is key.

Wtf he had plenty of hair still. I hope he at least tried finasteride and rogaine first

Easily. And probably the better option if your bald, not many people get a good head of hair to grow out from it so better to keep it shaved and masculine.

I think I read once he is not on any medication. He was fully bald first too I think. First hair transplant, with Hasson and Wong FUT about 3.5k grafts all over. Then a further 5k grafts with Dr Erdogan all over and hairline refinement. I don't think this guy will even register as balding, if I as a Norwood spotter think it looks fine wet with just mild thinning, then it really means no one else will see ****, I can't even pick up it's a transplant which is rare. What saves him is healthy thick black hair and total uniformity, so the minor thinning just looks like it was always supposed to be there and no one can think ah he's losing it. I remember this posted on another hair transplant forum and the Drs and other users said it was one of the best. Also no general balding from any angle, real top job, so natural. If he had gone just FUE he may not have got those grafts or have tons of donor balding/scarring.

BDD users may find a flaw to make themselves feel better about their own situation which may be worse, but that is neither here nor there.

I saw a case with Dr Erdogan the other day and it was unbelievable what this user had done. Was barely Norwood 3V but had almost 8k grafts put all on top and also on dutasteride to get back all his hair except the hairline which will not grow. Honestly looked incredible, risky having a transplant like that but it worked and I think he has better hair than many fullheads lol. Of course many bad results too from the same Dr or average ones, it's a lottery.

i fear so much of this procedure. i mean. look at this

Yeah I have seen some guys totally with pluggy hair, covered in scars and it looks so bad, really feel for them.

It's never really a good idea to go below the mature hairline (built around the forelock), unless the forelock had moved up too beyond the mature point which can happen past Norwood 3. Reason is simple, if you lower it totally, it can end up wispy and see through even with coarse hair, creating a pluggy look.

I've seen some transformations where the guy was Norwood 3 but otherwise thick hair, got a full hairline from a hair transplant and was a legitimate fullhead but greed ruined him when he should have been enjoying his hair. Irresponsible lowering meant now he had a wispy hairline at the front and donor balding as he lost another 2k grafts = balding territory unlike pre-op. He would have better adding a few hundred grafts in each corner over the first pass to look even better than fullheads or equal.
