Hey JOHNNYBOOTS..if you're still around...what topical glutathione product are you using? I forgot to mention that StimuCap containing topical: http://www.avariohealthcare.com/HAIR_LOSS_TREATMENT_BIOCLIN_PHYDRIUM_ADVANCE_AMOPOULES_MEN.html

And I remembered my favorite protein powder contains glutathione that should get absorbed well:

Reduced glutathione is a very special peptide that plays a major and essential role in health as an antioxidant, detoxifier, and regenerator of vitamin C. Our bodies can make glutathione from the peptides in whey as long as they have not been inactivated (denatured) by too much heat. However, glutathione as such is not absorbable. Therefore, in NanoProPRP reduced glutathione is pre-packaged in BioPharma's patented liposomal technology, called NanoSorb, to enhance bioavailability.

2+ months.

I was wondering what you are currently using though..as you have glutathione topical listed in your regimen. Or is that something you're looking to add?

Notice that stuff has a bit of a sulfer smell to it? Not too terribly strong though.

I noticed a couple of other companies talking about applying theirs over the liver area..as well as the temples- for detox'n the brain. :dunno:

Can be applied directly over the liver- from right below the sternum over to the right side.
For Glutathione detoxing of the brain, apply to the temples.

http://www.evitamins4u.com/glutathione_plus

Massage 5 pumps of cream onto the temples or over the liver once or twice daily.

http://www.healthremedies.com/glutathione_plus_cream.html

Livonlabs' liposomal glut was mentioned previously..some other companies:

http://www.vitaminwagon.com/essentialgsh-liposomal-glutathione-5oz.aspx (some of their other products also contain the glut)

Same company makes these..and there's at least one other "brand" out there:
http://www.letstalkhealth.com/Liposomal-Glutathione-8oz-p/612.htm

http://www.readisorb.com/readisorb_liposomal_glutathione.html

Instructions/where to apply from another company..seems you need a prescription for this one: http://www.leesilsby.com/glut.pdf

Info site on liposomal glut..which I'm sure is connected to one of those companies: http://www.liposomalglutathione.com/

My next oral glut will most likely be the Setria one.

I'm also taking PQQ btw...just remembered some talk about it and skin health. I was taking it for some time prior to starting the A-G though..

Swanson's latest catalog has their new "Glutathione Precursor Complex"..and "Bioactive Whey Protein"..on the cover. The complex contains a bit of the Setria Glut..along with other goodies. Don't see it on the website yet.

Swanson's new one is $29.99 for 30 servings ..each serving is 10 grams. Doesn't list the lactoferrin or immunoglobulin content. "Certified organic".

It's so much nicer just being able to take a pill though..like the A-G. Or drinking something that tastes halfway decent..like NanoPro.

I see Amazon has the PeP products....

I missed the swanson stuff.. Trying to find a cheap source for it..

http://www.amazon.com/Allergy-Research- ... Promotions

sitting at 31.00.. not cheap at all..but I know it works really good.

Jacob.. What is your source for PQQ? I am taking BioPQQ from Life extension right now...from Iherb..BTW that supplements works like crazy.. I've been lifting weights for years.. never had a fast recovery like this... taking 40mg everyday.. or more..

Apparently Quercetin also help for Mitochondrial Biogenesis support and BCAA amino acids.. I am also thinking about lipomosal glutathione.. But would prefer to boost the production rather than just ad it to the bloodstream. The new Swanson stuff doesn't mention the amount of mg of each amino acid... arghhh

I'm using the LEF version as well....depends where it's the cheapest. Amazon and Takeherb.com seem to be the cheapest at the moment...BUT...if you're signed up(email alerts/newsletters) with a bunch of online stores like I am...sometimes there are discount coupons etc that can make it cheaper than what you find in a Google search.

I really like the LEF combos..as well as Pure Encaps, especially this one: http://www.purecaps.com/itemdy00.asp?T1=CQP6

Think I'll wait for a major sale though  I take CoQ10 separately anyway at the moment.

I'm noticing other companies coming out with PQQ too..here's another with CoQ10:
http://www.aorpro.ca/html/products.php?id=211

They will need to majorly fix the taste issue before I use liposomal glut again :woot: . I have yet to try the other I mentioned(the one with the combos with glut as well)..but my guess is it smells and tastes similar.

But yeah..when you find something that works you sometimes don't want to change anything. I do like to rotate things...but I know for sure my body loves the Acetyl-Glutathione.

Dr. Y of Elsom is a big fan of PQQ...pointed out to me that there's a 20mg per capsule product out there that ends up being cheaper: http://www.supervits.com/Quality-of...s-P3720.aspx?gclid=COHKgdD21qkCFYfs7QodbSQEOA

Actually it's a bit cheaper from Amazon..same store: http://www.amazon.com/Quality-Life-Labs-Vita-Caps/dp/B00461DD7Q

I'd love to try this stuff topically...

Good damn find!
I am going with Amazon.com 20 mg.. 30 capsules.. best deal.. Life Extension is always overpriced..

Swanson is a good source for those...or the Healthy Origins brand found at Iherb etc.

Don't forget to ask Swanson's to carry the PQQ! Maybe they'll even do a combo with coq10 or ubiquinol.

Haven't compared these prices: http://www.officialcoq10.com but there are probably others out there as well.
